hello all and welcome to the weight room.
rules: 1. be carefull when lifting weights. 2. DO NOT GO OVER 400 lb's IN WIEGHT TO LIFT. 3. STRETCH BEFORE YOU LIFT. 4. start small, and work your way up.

*Walks in to weight room with gym attire one* Lets see where should I start? * Looks around and sees benchpress *I'll start here but I should stretch first. *Stretches and then he walks over and he chooses 20 lb. weights he puts the weights on the bar and he begins to lift them and he continues to lift for 30 mins and then he takes a break* time for a break *walks over to gym bag and opens it and then he grabs a bottle of water he opens it and drinks some and then he closes it and puts it back in the bag and closes the bag* time to start again. * Starts walking over but his cell phone rings inside his gym bag so he walks back to his gym bag and he opens it and he picks up his cell phone* Hello, uh huh uh huh ok I'm on it bye *hangs up* Ok looks like the rest of my workout will have to wait *picks up his gym bag and heads to the locker room to take a shower and change* Time for me to get ready for duty around the hotel.

ok here i go *grabs a 200lbs weight and starts lifiting* 1... 2... 3.. 4... 5...*drops the weight*

*walks in the room in a T-shirt and gym shorts*
where to start.. *stretches for 5 min, and lifts a 120 pound weight for 20 times, then stops*

Walks into Weight Room with Gym Attire on and he stretches for 5 mins.* Ok here it goes * He walks over to the weights and he chooses a 250 lb weight* 1...2...3...4...5...6...so on and so forth
2 hrs later
99...100. Ok time to stop *he puts down the weight and walks out.*
