Powers: Through the Darwin Gene Osukaru is a conduit of electrical energy.He can manipulate the molecules in his body to conduct electricity, to any body part..Osukaru conducts up to 300 voltage of electrical energy..Through out his entire body,and even in one fist..All though he can do this, he can not excel or project the electrical energy in a form of a range attack, but can absorb the energy from any electrical device, to create his own..This power is also able to allow him to send volts of electrical energy to his legs and feet, giving him him super speed reaching Mach 3 in under 30 seconds.
Weaknesses: After extensive amount of usage of this power. His body starts to feel like its burning from the inside.The pain becomes unbearable, and he has to rest for at least 2 to 4 hours.He also need physical contact to excrete any form of electrical energy.He can not effect people or objects with earth or rock type traits.And any form of rubber armor will absorb any electrical blows.
Skills: He is skilled in Free running.And is a master in 5 different styles of Martial arts.

Biography: Strife was born in Japan with his father..They lived a peaceful life, and as a child of the age of 6 Osukaru was placed in classes of Muay Thai, Jeet Kun Do, Wushu, and Jujitsu, becoming a master in all Four styles after 7 years.At the age of 13 his masters noticed of his new awaken inner strength.They notice he had the Darwin gene, and that he was a Meta-Human.There love for there young apprentice had grow over the years and instead of turning him in to Japans government, they gave him and his father a safe passage to America. Costing them there lives, they were executed for allowing a Meta escape the death penalty in Japan. Because of the escape to America, Japan was not aloud to dwell in there nations rules. Osukaru was free to live a normal life in America. His father quickly placed him in American boxing, to learn how to control his powers. Where he quickly learned of his new found ability's, and a fifth style of fighting. At the age of 14 the president died, and a new political figure rose to power. And after the makings of new laws Meta's and the infected where ordered to be captured. At the age of 16, Osukaru's American boxing teacher told the AEO of his were-abouts. And in defending them selves from D.A.W.N, Osukaru's Father died by, sacrificing him self to save his son. All of Osukaru's life was nothing but death of the only people he cared about, with that he swore revenge on the AEO and his boxing teacher, who became a general Splicer in D.AW.N. Watching Osukaru's story unfold from a distance Professor Grayson, a well developed Mage toke him in.. Where he became the first member of the Outcast..
Personality: Strife under stands what happen in his life, was a stepping stool in what made him an individual as a person. Revenge is still in his mind but not for endless murder or vengeance. Instead it became honor for his father's death. He became honor bound, and holds respect for every one, even the one man who ruined his life in America. Strife is happy go lucky and because of him most new members in the Outcast found not only a Great partner, but a Friend they can trust in. In many occasions Strife sacrificed him self to get his friends into safety. The fact that he still alive, was threw his own experience and luck. Strife holds the life of his team members, he helped establish into there safe haven, more important to him than his own life..
Weapons and Items: Strife doesn't really use weapons,But he does use what ever is in his surrounding as weapons. He also has an Item he never takes off not even when sleeping. A pair of headphones that allows him to play music in, Its also used against D.A.W.N's secret weapon the S.A.W (Sonic.Amplifying.Weapon).Used to nullify and incapacitate the Infected and Meta-humans, using high super sonic frequency's,that scramble the Darwin Gene,along side with the Infected radiation.


Other: Ronin, the once D.A.W.N operative, that joined the Outcast, has become his best friend and most reliable team mate.

Powers: Due to the nature of the experiment she was part of, Kyana's powers tend to be somewhat volatile when over used or forced into action. She is strongest in psychic fields with areas like psychokinesis and being able to influence others into thinking something by simply willing the suggestion into their minds. Her other area of expertise is being highly intelligent and skilled in layout and area surveillance. Seeing a layout or schematic of a place or objective just once enables her to set out plans, different entrance or escape options and exactly where her objective lies.
Weaknesses: Due to the volatility of the experiment she was part of, the mental drain her powers exert on her leads into physical exhaustion to the point of her becoming comatose or even dying when used in excess or being forced to use it. Her other weakness is that the psychokinesis can, on rare occasion, waver or cause a full backlash and send the object she was moving either right back at her or in a completely different direction.
Skills: Over time, mainly because of the jobs she takes on, Kyana became highly skilled in strategy planning and hacking into incredibly protected computer systems. Her other skill is her driving. No official driver's license but Rush Hour or anything similar isn't a problem when she's behind the wheel.

Biography: Everyone's heard of kids running away, the parents spending years looking for them and the kid never being found? That was the basic summary of Kyana's life. When she was still a child, she showed signs of psychic ability and possessed an intellect far higher than that of your avergae adult. Many scientists were interested in her as a subject but the problem was that her parents wished for her to lead in a normal (or as normal as you could get in this world) life. Unfortunately, humans are obstinate beings by nature so that didn't exactly stop them. When Kyana was twelve, a specific group of scientists had hired people to kidnap her to enable them to experiment on her. For four years, they conducted various experiments with the pretense of enhancing her abilities. Each only served to increase the already volatile nature of her mind, leading simple thought processes into chaos and creating the powerful level that her psychokinesis advanced to. At age sixteen, she unintentionally created an explosion in the facility she was being held in, destroying the entire building as well as every human in it. It took a year but she found work as a neutral infiltrator, thief and anything else that she was able to do as long as her mind was involved. What goes on around her doesn't affect her too strongly as long as it doesn't get in the way of her work and a decent reward from whoever commissioned her, be it the government or a renegade group or Outcasts.
Personality: It depends on the day and the state her mind is in at a certain point. In general, Kyana tends to be a good natured wise-a**. The sarcastic side of her stemmed from her time in the facility with the scientists but she does present a warmer and easier side to people she relates to. A melancholy side often comes through when she is alone from the separation from her parents but she'll push that aside to face life head-on if she needs to. On a bad day, she can be extremely volatile, switching between sarcastic and close to strangling anyone in the vicinity.
Weapons and items: Being psychic means she doesn't carry too much around if she can avoid it. Items that she does carry with her are a laptop to analyze schematics and research a job she is commissioned for. A tiny set of headphones for communication as well as music are the only other items. As for weapons, her mind acts as one but she does carry around a glock handgun for safety issues.

Other: She has a decidedly negative view of anyone in power and enjoys tactical games. Due to her neutral status, friends aren't always an option as they could get killed off at any time but she treats everyone about the same regardless.

Powers: After years of being Spliced, Aaron has become a single agent Splicer. The amount of experiments done on his body has made him able to surpass human-expectations. He is stronger than the strongest human, he has enhanced reflexes and enhanced speed, along with enhanced eyesight, senses and mental capacity. Basically, he is a super-human.
Weaknesses: Although he is strong, Aaron is still just a human. A gunshot or a well-placed stab can kill him just as easily as anyone. He is also limited to his free-will, the government still being able to track him even after the chip on his back has been disabled. Aaron is also someone who tends to rely on action first rather than talking, making him more prone to fighting.
Skills: Aaron has been training in various fighting styles and weapon techniques, but he specializes in two: Kenjutsu and the Katana Style known as Gedan-no-Kimae, which is low-style. Aaron is also a skilled free-runner and Spy, making him able to blend in well with society as a whole. Aaron also has a knack for tracking in the urban city and the jungles of the sewers underground. Aaron also holds a black belt, certified in Asia, in Tae-Kwon-Do.

Biography: Aaron was born to father Gregory Breanna, a D.A.W.N. Agent, and mother Aloni Stagloni, an Italian Immigrant Citizen, in a small AEO-sponsored hospital in New York City. As soon as he was born, Gregory had placed his son in "School of Growth", a small school that only employees of the AEO could be placed in where the children were trained to be D.A.W.N. operatives. Aaron did not have a childhood, being snatched from an early life from his diaper days into a school where he was trained for one thing: War and Anger. Alone in the Growth, as it was called, Aaron was taught the fundamentals of being an operative; he was refused food if he did not fight a child for it, he did not sleep with a blanket or a pillow if he did not fight for it, he was not allowed to sleep if he did not shed blood for it. Aaron quickly became a prodigal son, a child that could clench his fist in anger and quickly shed the blood needed for anything that he wanted. At the age of Eight, he was already being sent on small missions outside of the school. At the age of ten, he donned the CMS-300 Armor Suit, the armor for a D.A.W.N. agent and was enlisted in the Corps, codenamed Ronin.

Ronin, however, was not ready to give up his studies. Using the influence he had in the AEO with his father, Ronin managed to find a teacher to teach him how to use his favorite weapon: the Katana. Aaron had viewed the mystical weapon as on the connects the soul and after years of teaching, he became a master of the low-style, wielding a blade that stretched a great length. Although he is still years from perfecting it, when he returned to the United States, the AEO assigned him to be a Single Operative, as he remained for a good time until he was selected by Lead Scientist Dr. Gains to be a Splicer. Implemented with neuro-enhances and other enhances to his muscles and senses, Aaron became a Splicer and became a top D.A.W.N. Operative in no-time.

When he was 25, Aaron was sent on a mission to find a run-away Mage by the name of Professor Grayson. After months of relentless tracking and hunting, Aaron cornered Grayson in a small alley. Running towards him with his katana, Grayson stopped him with his magic and saw that although he was a very violent man, Grayson saw that he had a good heart in him and that he was still looking for a reason to exist. Using his magic, Grayson blasted the young man with images of his youth and began to probe his mind, changing things around and working with what he had. Although it hurt, Aaron gritted his teeth and felt the pain surge through his body. When Grayson had finished, Aaron was now freed from D.A.W.N. and he dedicated his life to save those that he hunted. Although he was still having problems in the Outcasts for him being a Splicer, he became good friends with Strife.
Personality: Ronin is a free-thinker and mostly enjoys just that: freedom. He is the first person who will raise his fists and weapons to protect the notion of freedom and he is the last one to back down. Ronin is a guy of few words and he mostly doesn't speak unless he is spoken to, but he tends to hold comradeship higher that anything. Dedicated and fierce, Ronin is always on the corner of his friends, ready to fight.

However, Ronin has a dark side like many. His anger is his weakness and his coffin. When he is angered, Ronin does not listen to reason and he fights with all his energy until he is dead or his enemy is dead. Ronin does not like to lose and he hates to see anyone who goes against his beliefs walk away unchallenged.
Weapons and Items: Aaron uses two Katana's held together on his right hip for his sword play, but relies mostly on his long blade that his Wakizashi. Aaron has also been outfitted with a pair of goggles made by the AEO. These goggles give a readout of the general area an are able to go through many view points, as in perfect view in smoke and in darkness.


Other: Aaron has his sources from the AEO still loyal to him give some valuable information when possible. He is also friends with Strife, the fellow Outcast member Meta.

Name: Alexandra Deveroux
Nickname: Zan. Don't ever call me Alex.

Powers: Depends on what the situation calls for. Alexandra is able to adapt her abilities to the situation at hand. She is most proficient in being able to manipulate the air pressure around her and being able to use that to her advantage. The exposure to radiation and toxic waste has enabled her to be able to alter her molecular structure to suit the conditions, be it for infiltration or just being able to hide away. She can literally just dissolve if the need arises or make herself impossibly solid, like a brick wall.
Weaknesses: She is easily exhausted after use of her powers. It doesn't affect her ability with air pressure but her molecular structure begins to have trouble maintaining the form she is currently holding. If she was in human form, she would start falling apart while if she had made herself into a liquid state, the liquid would easily separate and be unable to put itself back together until her energy had been restored. Due to the exposure, her immune system is severely weak and she succumbs easily to viruses and infections from wounds. It has lead to a very volatile personality, likely to lose control at any second, leading to a slightly twisted view on right and wrong.
Skills: Infiltration and being able to act as an impenetrable shield. Development of 360 degree vision has increased her fighting skills in both hand to hand combat as well as weapons use. Ambidextrous.

Biography: Alexandra was born in North America and from the second she left the womb, she was exposed to the radiation and waste around her. Many of the children born before or slightly after her either died or became so sick that they couldn't do anything. For some reason, Alexandra remained alive and began to develop her powers unintentionally. Due to the conditions that she and her family lived in, her immune system was horribly weak and she often succumbed to the smallest infection or disease that hit her but survived each one. Sadly, since no one near her knew anything about controlling her powers or manifesting them properly, she lost control often. At age thirteen, due to her volatile personality, she didn't attempt to control her manipulation of the air pressure after a raid on her home and ended up killing everyone present, including what was left of her family. The destruction and waste of life didn't phase her then and it still doesn't. She's lived on and off the streets since then, selling her services and abilities to the highest bidder, be it bodyguard or infiltrator or whatever the hell else they need. Hey, it's easy money and you don't have to listen to a boss whining at you every second of the day.
Personality: The constant infections and viruses created a very volatile personality for Alexandra. For the most part, she borders on hostile and confrontational but the smallest trigger can lead to a full scale blow up. Kindness and warmth are as foreign to her as France is to Australia, although she enjoys faking it to see the disappointment or surprise on peoples faces.
Weapons and items: Aside from her powers, Zan carries twin Beretta U22 Neos' as well as electronic jammers and a lock picking kit in case her ability to alter her molecular structure doesn't work.

Other: Alexandra is very picky about her name. She insists on being called Zan and has a confirmed weakness for chinese food, going so far as to attempt being nice to anyone who offers her some.

Age: Twenty- two

Powers: Due to the alternations that her mother executed, and the standard AEO super human procedures that get administered to every D.A.W.N. agent, Katherine’s every sense is extraordinary and enhanced past universal standards. Her speed is triple her strength, and both are tremendously astonishing. One of the two special operations that her mother did was implant a chemical into the phalanges of her feet, which allow her to jump to exceedingly high distances. The other was she cut into her eyes and put a lens in each one behind her retina that allows her to see perfectly in darkness and extreme brightness.
Weaknesses: Like any other Splicer, Katherine will wear out if constant use of her powers are used. And due to her mother's dismay, if she jumps from an incrediably high distance, she will stagger when she lands and he knees will lock for a moment.
Skills: Due to her background, Katherine speaks fluent French.

Biography: Katherine was born from Phillipe Lasalle, a D.A.W.N Agent, and Julius Grost, a physical scientist, at her parent’s mansion in California. From the time she was brought into the world, she was put into a laboratory for immediate alternations practiced by her mother. Instead of having her operations done by AEO officials, the private affairs were allowed by the authorities because of her mother’s high status in the scientific standings in the U.S. The experiments and operations held on until Katherine was two years old. Then her training began.

Katherine’s father and his close friend, Reef Linkin, administered her training privately via the acres of military- equipped space that her family owned around her home. The AEO allowed this due to a bargain that her father agreed to as soon as he knew that he was having a daughter. The bargain was that the private schooling would be allowed only if when Katherine turned 18 years old, she would be able to participate and succeed in an official D.A.W.N group mission. If she failed, her father would have to face the consequences. That was why the two D.A.W.N agents trained her so hard.

Although meals were easy to obtain and there was always a place for her to sleep, that didn’t stop the constant exercises and skills that she had to learn be any easier. Sometimes, her training would run for over two days nonstop; the men were tough but not merciless. By the age of seven, Katherine had mastered many forms of martial arts, including karate, judo, and tae kwon do. She learned how to be supremely stealthy; her prowess surpassed her father’s by the age of six. The work her mother had done on her body certainly succeeded. Then when she turned eight, her regimens changed from physical combat and spy work to swordplay. Gunplay was also taught, but Katherine excelled greatest in the low blows of swords. Reef happened to be an expert in swordplay and took over the job of teaching Katherine all that he knew. He went through many types of weapons with her until he found the one she was best at: dual katanas. He excelled his ability to teach her the supreme arts of this weapon until she could win against him.

After teaching her all they could, when Katherine turned 18 finally, the test had come. She was accepted into a group of four other expert D.A.W.N agents to carry out a special mission. Tragedy struck during the stillness of the night, and only one agent returned, Katherine. The leaders discussed and even argued whether she had passed or not, but eventually came to the decision that if she, a minor among experts, had come back alive; she deserved to be an official Splicer. So they gave her the combat armor and her father didn’t have to face their wrath. Unbeknownst to them, possibly the only reason Katherine came back alive was because of the highly advanced procedures that her mother changed her with when she was but just a newborn.

Being a D.A.W.N. agent and a woman, the AEO assigned her with tough, if not demeaning, jobs. The suspicion that she passed the test as the sole survivor still fresh on the AEO's mind, they viewed Katherine as a potential threat. For this reason, she was constantly viewed and monitored, something that further irritated her to the core. During a mission in Cairo, Katherine was assigned to the safe passage of a diplomat through the Infected city of Cairo. During the expedition, she was tailed by three Spirit, who dogged her too close and gave her secret away. Katherine was forced to retreat and the diplomat was killed in the following bullet fire. The AEO was furious.

Holding her solely responsible for the stupidity of the Spirit Agents, she was sent to The Stock. In the Stock, she was tried and found guilty of insubordination and of lack of skill, sentenced to death by firing squad. When she was being taken away, Katherine had enough. Punching the nearest guard and taking his baton as a weapon, Katherine broke free of the Stock and became a rogue splicer. However, her chip was still active and she was forever hunted by the AEO and D.A.W.N. She found safety in the sewers...and that's where her life made a drastic change.

In the sewers, Katherine survived by stealing food and retreating quickly, using her speed to gain the upper hand among the others. While in the sewers, she met Ronin, another Splicer. During the meeting, Katherine and Ronin knew what they had: they had found a Splicer that had gone Rogue. Their training taking over, the two dueled. The two fought to a draw, until Grayson appeared, following Ronin was they made their way across the sewer maze. Seeing Katherine, Grayson did exactly what he did to Ronin, freeing her brain of the control of the Splicer and thus, freeing her. It was then that Ronin accepted Katherine and she became an Outcast member.


Personality: On a good day, Katherine will leave her enemies with their limbs still attached. She’s not a merciless fighter; she just doesn’t like to leave things unfinished. Ordinarily, she’s a very chill yet sarcastic person. She likes a good fight, but she also enjoys the simple things in life. She’s respectful to her elders because she grew up with a military influence, but if she seriously disagrees with plans, she will voice her opinion. She values comrades and their abilities, for she’s learned that they are one of the best things you can have in life.
Weapons and Items: Katherine wields dual white katanas which she crosses across her back. Along with them, she has her speed, feet, and fists. Occasionally, she can expertly shoot the dual pistols that she keeps at her belt. And if she ever gets her paws on a grenade, she has so much fun.


Other: Katherine had always wanted to learn how to fly a helicopter, even though on good-sized buildings, she can jump just about as high as one can go. She is close friends with Ronin and Strife, although she prefers to partner with Ronin, liking his Bushido code that goes in par with her code.
