As we all know 13 is an "Unlucky" number.
Some people like to call it "Lucky" for them.
Well, I can honestly say that Cycle 13 of America's Next Top Model (ANTM) is both Lucky and Unlucky for many girls.
(Although I'm very suprised I haven't seen a topic of this yet...)

For Cycle 13 of ANTM, you have to be 5'7 or shorter.
Thats right, Tyra's actually having next cycle for some short bitchs.
Cause knowing the show, they'd still accept plus size.
But this is shocking news for alot of girls.
I've known many friends and family who'd want to try out, but were a bit short.
Now the door is open.
Although this may be lucky for "Short" people, but what about everyone else who's tall?
All the other girls who'd tryed out this cycle can't try out next cycle unless they are exactly 5'7.
Very unlucky indeed.

Talk about:
What is your thoughts about this new rule for the next cycle?
For the girls: Can you try out for this next cycle or no? Feelings on this?
Why no one has posted this before? (Honestly, I think I found this out during the second episode.)

Hmm I didn't think of the 13 thing.
I don't know, there seems to always be some sort of misfortune in each cycle so this one will probably be no different. Hopefully not to bad though.

As for trying out, my family has always mentioned to me...annoyingly too much seeing as the option of me going wasn't there. But now that there is the option, I still don't think I will attempt to get on the show. I don't have the patience for most of the girls on the show so I'd probably be the one trying not to tell someone they're an idiot. It would be really nice though, I would enjoy it a lot.

I'm not a fan haha.
I'll watch but I prefer models with good proportions and height.
Tyra should have kept it as close to 5'7 as possible.

I think that it's great. To have people who are 5'7" or shorter is a great oppurtunity for those girls who've been deing to tryout. Now your saying "what about the girls who are taller". Well the fact f the matter is thos egirls had plenty of other opportunities to try out so now there out of luck and maybe Cycle 14 will be back to regular standards but for now let the shorties shine.

I've always wanted to try out and at 15 [[July 14]] I'm 5'5" and who knows I may stop growing and by the tme i'm 18 I still maybe 5'5" so this is a good opportunity for those girls who get the chance. Yay for them and Yay for Tyra!

I like this cycle and I am glad that tyra gives the shorter

girls a chance to model. I doubt this will be the last short cycle. Why not

give the guys a chance too?
