hmm..... i'd say Satoshi is gay..... but in a good way..... i think Satoshi and Daisuke make a cute couple.....

yep...satoshi is gay, I think it's supposed to be intended (my mean there are a ton of hints) and then there was cpr (and I'm talking about the anime not the manga)...he was also smiling after he did that!!

And I think subconciously (sp?) Daisuke was liking Satoshi as well (hence the reason for the dream in like the 4th episode).

Another thing is that when he thinks of Daisuke, Krad starts to come out. And since he is a duplicate of Dark, that means both are triggered by the love gene in the DNA. So, he has to be gay for Daisuke being his "Sacred Maiden"

*laughs histarically at thinking of Daisuke in the same get-up as Riku and Risa when Daiki talked about the Sacred Maidens* rofl

The manga is the original version of the creators story. So I don't like to go by the anime.
I'm not too sure about the whole DNA thing, but Krad and Dark make up one person, right? >< (Satoshi said Dark was one half of the black wings)
So if Krad is the other half and they got saparated into two, then they might not share genes, but they took genes from that one person and divided it among themselves.
(For example, when they separated Dark took the more outgoing, more perverted, more athletic genes, etc. etc... and Krad took the more quiet, solitary genes, etc.) So that would mean Dark took the genes where when he had romantic feelings he'd change, and Krad had something else?
I donno, I'm just making up theories I guess... XD

So, there is no definite answer to if they are or aren't cause even if the creator doesn't intend to put it in during the beginning. It seems he wanted in the end with the anime.

Next, your theory of Dark And Krad taking different things from The Black Wings is good. But, I have always thought of them more as twins then opposites. Because Krad seems to always to Dark is his other half, making him the same thing. So, just think of symmetry (sp?), whatever you do to one side, you do to the other. So, Krad and Dark's coin was split in half and not spilt by the two sides.

Another thing is that they were never really one person in the beginning, but a piece of art, so can you say that the art was also very perverted and such? I doubt it, but it could be true. But, my theory is that, that was just a trait dark created on his own due to his lifestyle with the Niwa family. Since, you have to think of it like this, they were basically seperated in the beginning of there birth, meaning they had no "real" characteristics to start off with, but they gained it through there surroundings.

(lol, I'm basically arguing the Nature v. Nurture debate...)

Alright, basically the first part is saying that since there are two different stories told through both manga and anime, there is no definite "real" story. Even if the manga was first, the creators decided to change it in the anime (meaning they wanted to change the original storyline...making the new one more to what they were going towards.)

And the last part is basically a widely used debate over nurture v. nature (if you don't know what it is....(and if you never talked about this during school), it's basically saying why do people act the way they do? Is it cause they were born like that? or cause they were raised like that?) And Basically I'm arguing in here, that Dark was not born how he was, but was raised that way. Since basically he was techincally born the day of The Black Wings ceremony.

basically when were talking about two seperate series, you're heading into quantum physics and parallel universes and such, in where what if daisuke did this? and what if he went a different way...


But that's amazingly confusing, and you can never prove which is the original storyline, due to the fact that info was never stated.

But sometimes, you might be able to find ways that the anime and manga can co-exist. You just have to figure which part fits where, and what is not int there, but where the part would be.
