This is just my idea/opinion. I think it might get people to be a little more active as a guild member.
Idea/opinion: There should be a monthly poll subforum. These polls won't be ordinary polls. These monthly polls would be voting polls for new banners. And by new banners, I mean banners for the guilds banner slideshow. That's if we have one. The voting choices would be based on, what Pokemon you think should be on the additional banner. There would be only two or three Pokemon, and the the guilds name.
These are a few examples of how the voting choices would be:
1. Entei, Suicane, & Heatran banner
2. Happiny, Chansey, & Blissy banner
3. Murkrow & Honchcrow banner
4. Articuno, Moltres & Zapdos banner
5. Pidgy, Pidgioto, & Pidgeot banner
6. Pichu, Pikachu, & Raichu banner
7. Carmander, Charmillion, & Charizard banner
8. Squirtle, Warturtle, & Blastoise banner
9. Torchic, Comusken, & Blazikin banner
10. Mudkip, Marshtomp, & Swampert banner
