I i make pokes for people and ask for donations from those that are willing is it still against the rules?

What are you asking?
You make Pokemon (hack/breed/catch) and then offer them in exchange for Gaia gold and/or items or real life money?
If that is what you are asking:
Users are expressly forbidden from selling hacked/bred/caught Pokemon for any Gaia gold and/or items and also for real world money. First and foremost it goes against Gaia's rules to sell real world items and objects for Gaia currency and items, second I do not allow that in my guild.
