The sun set slowly on the well-kept graveyard, casting long shadows behind the figures of two Umbreons. One of them, older and brighter in coloring, stretched out. His belly full and his mood quite content, he licked the tangy berry juice from his chops and smiled. "That was a splendid meal, wasn't it, Cocoa?" The checkered blanket beneath them and the empty picnic basket, both donated by kindhearted humans, swayed as a slight breeze blew past. Shion felt as if time was standing still; the moment was so perfect.... And so was his company, as he was steadily allowing himself to realize. His heart fluttered as that thought crossed his mind, but his suddenly scarlet cheeks were hidden under white fur.
Not too far off, but far enough for any sounds to be lost, a small ATV came to a halt. A young lady in a black uniform and cap climbed off of the vehicle, sweeping her white hair away from her eyes as she looked down to her belt. Eagerly, she unfastened a Pokeball from the belt and threw it into the air. A pop resounded as, in a flourish of black and purple smoke, a phantom fox appeared before her.
"Okay, Hyde," the human began, a mischievous glint in her eyes, "This one's for us. The Boss has gotten enough recently... Find someone good, okay?" She patted the Spookeon on the head and removed his long scarf, slowly folding it over her arm.
The blazing red R, swimming in yet more ebony cloth, was tucked carefully into a bag hanging from her arm. An understanding nod later, the Spookeon flashed his pearly whites as she hopped onto the vehicle and sped off towards their hideaway. The engine's sound was quick to fade from his ears' range, and a light chuckle replaced it quite swiftly. "Oh... Where to start, where to start...?" Ignoring the chill around his neck that he had grown quite unaccustomed to, Hyde floated off, unwittingly heading towards the graveyard.

 Cocoa nodded and grinned widely. "Best meal an umbreon could ask for, if I have to say so myself," he responded. The umbreon felt gluttonous at this moment; he had devoured down his lunch until he was filled to the brim. He had never eaten this much before, and of course, it was because he never tasted anything so delicious, so satisfying. The berries were perfectly ripe... He closed his eyes and rolled onto his back, basking in the warm sunlight illuminated from the sunset placed before the two umbreon.
He had hung around the other umbreon a lot, recently. His father and siblings tended to their own lives, all absorbed in the feelings of love. Except him. Right? He very well had recognized he was different from his family, a black sheep [though his fur is quite the opposite]. Cocoa was crude at socializing, like his father once was, and he had different tastes. While his father and siblings liked the opposite gender, he distrusted females and formed an attraction to his own gender. He opened his eyes to peer at his older friend. His pure white fur with lighter purple stripes and dark blue markings that specified an umbreon glowed faintly in the sunlight. He scooted towards Shion slightly, settling next to the male, though not positively next to him.
"So..Uh... What'll we do now?" he asked awkwardly, glancing away from Shion's eyes. He didn't care so much of what they did; the sound of Shion's voice comforted him. Like a tight embrace that never let go. Cocoa suddenly felt embarrassed by the thought.

 Aiko stretched out her slender body with a small, quiet yawn after she entered into her family's den. The weather was beautiful outside, so Aiko had been sitting outside for a little while before they left on their usual trip. They all were going to head off to the graveyard. She just had to make sure all of her children were ready so they could all go. Her purple eyes wandered over to where one of her sons was sitting. She noticed what he was doing and smiled. "Jacques, are you ready to go? Now where’s your brother and sister...." She looked around for the other two. They were around here in the den; she knew this for sure...  Jacques looked up at his mother after hearing his mother. He had a little bit of dirt on his nose from playing around earlier outside, but he didn't seem to notice it, even when he noticed his mother seemed to be trying to hold back a little giggle. "There here, Mom," He replied and then stared down at the little arrangement of berries he had made. He was attempting to make a turtwig with them, but he was having a hard time. The small eevee stuck his tongue out in frustration as he accidently pushed some berries out of place. This project of his had turned out a lot harder than he thought it was going to be. He huffed in disappointment. "I'm ready..."

'Oh, how cute.' Even his thoughts held a sarcastic bite. Hyde, his ghostly tail swaying behind him as his snout rested atop the graveyard's wall, surveyed the scene below him. The two Umbreons looked stuffed and happy... Surely slowed by their meal as well, but there was a problem with his immediate plan... They were dark types. Two dark types such as them spelled nothing but trouble for the phantom, and so he refused to so much as try a trick or attack. He shook his head, passing easily through the stone wall surrounding the cemetary. Mumbling, he floated around the headstones, his ears tuned to them while he pretended to take no notice. While the pair was unfit for his uses, Hyde never gave up a good chance to eavesdrop. There was no hurry, anyway...
Shion looked to Cocoa thoughtfully, his tail swinging to his side as he did so. What could they do? Sitting here, just taking in the moment, was enough for him... but, he thought, his companion may not enjoy relaxing as much as his old bones did. "I'm unsure," he said after a stifled yawn. "Jekyll and his mate should be home at this hour, if they aren't on their way. Would you like to go... and..." Shion trailed off as he blinked, tightly, several times. Could it really be what he thought...? A ghost? He had never seen one in this particular graveyard before. This one seemed so familar. From where did he know that face...? "Is that a friend of yours?" he asked Cocoa, his tone of voice clearly showing his distraction.

Jekyll stretched, having been half asleep for the last little while. The tiny nap with his son had done him well, but the sunlight filtering in told him that it was almost time to head to the graveyard. Oh, how he loved that place... He got to his feet and trapsed towards his mate on wobbly legs. "Hello, honey..." He blinked a few times and yawned without opening his mouth, a blissful smile forming soon afterwards.
It took a moment for Sparrow to realize that his giant, furry stove had moved. "Daaad," he whined, his eyes squinted shut as he outstretched his white, clawed paws. "Where'd ya... Hey!" His tail wagged happily as he woke up, any ounce of crankiness replaced by a sudden curiosity. "What'chya makin' brother?" He walked -or rather bounced- over to Jacques, a small grin on his maw. He payed no real mind to his mother, seemingly not even noticing her presence.
