History:
Born us the son of a powerful Hokage Naruto grew up an orphan, shunned by the villagers for, unbeknown to himself, having the nine tailed fox demon sealed within him. As he grew up Naruto swore to become the strongest ninja and eventually attain the rank of Hokage.
Making a name for himself through the years Naruto finally achieved his goal and when practicing a forbidden jutsu was thrown through dimensions in to the world of Grace.
For some reason upon his arrival Naruto felt a heavy cork of power in his chakra reserves, and thus many of his jutsu became inaccessible whilst others simply weakened greatly.
Vowing to return to Konoha he set out to regain the power he once held and seek out someone whom could help him find his way back hom.

Naruto's infamous kage bushin no jutsu allows him to form his chakra into creating hundreds of clones around him.
However, having weakened slightly during the journey to this strange new world the number of clones he has been able to summon has been diminished. Naruto may summon all of his clones in an instant with a standard action.
If Naruto is struck hard he can use the "replacement technique" to change places with a clone and have it take a hit for him.
(Note this is only do to the limit on pl1 characters having 1 rank max of progression, as he would eventually rise in pl's he'd soon be able to summon far far more clones).
