Haseo walked up to the cliff that over looked the Lake. He notticed how high it was. "Would be ashame if this weren't here" He said remembering how far he traveled for this spot and view. He looked back and forth not paying attention to anything and started down the cliff.

"You're not one for subtlety and transitions are you?" Damien asked, noticing that Shadan was at least acknowledging his existence now. Still, the random placing, and the need for seclusion suggested that this should be something good, though this may actually be only important in Shadan's eyes, who saw the world with a veil of innocence, it may not interest Damien at all.

"I am known by many names, the name you may call me at this moment in time is Damien, however, with the passage of time, or more so the perception of it, my identity shall change." Damien said staring off into the horizon. "My place of birth has long since been lost in my mind, I believe it either was, or was near, the capital world, but I could be wrong on that regard, perhaps someone else would know." Though the someone else he was referring to was not a separate being, but another personality of his. However, these things would be hard to discover, even with a mind reading ability, thoughts would be transmitted from each personality, not only the dominant one.

Damien said, letting out a deep exhale, "As for my age, well, asking me at different times will warrant a different response, and not because it has advanced, I have no knowledge, as my appearance suggest, I was somewhat young when I ascended. I am one of the originals, you see, so I know that I am well over my first century, after that, I stopped keeping track. I am enlightened to the fact that when you can travel as I do, time is relative, the passage of time is only based on your perception based on the advancement of yourself and your surroundings."

Damien said, "Though your ability to root through the many minds I have is somewhat impressive, you will at some point see the light and decide to join me." He then thought for a moment, "Why are you so far from the home world if you are indeed the heir you claim to be?"

Shadan did a weird smile "I was a bit cavilier. I had been helping humans improve too much. And I haven't had everything I wanted stay. I lost my mother when I was born, and my wife towards the beginning of my adventures. My father did not spoil me. I was trained as a soldier. I am the guardian of this galaxy, mainly as punishment"

Damien merely let out a thoughtful grunt as he listened to everything, 'royalty is royalty, they are all the same. However, no one judges themselves negatively in their own eyes.' He thought, this was an obvious surface thought, shared by most personalities, this would be easy to detect. Damien however just thought back, himself and no one else shared this as he thought of what a wretched planet he came from, leaving there was a reward, not a punishment.

"But there is one thing to remember. Never try it again. I have recieved special training. I have a few, umm...unique abilities. One of them is to fully return someone to mortal status, though I'd have to rest for a week after doing it. But if you ever think about controlling me again, that will happen" said Shadan his smile gone and replace by pure anger

Damien merely shook his head, this was a hollow threat, even if it was true, like someone as weak as Shadan would ever use it. However, he withdrew from himself, returning to his old facade, "I was not trying to control you," He said truthfully, "I wanted to meld our powers, we would be much greater then, probably even unstoppable, even though we would cease to be individuals, we could do so much like that."
