Don't know where else I could post this.Dokuro Togiretogire ((Yes to get rid op the harpoon...That's why if cyborgs is accepted I've got great plans ^___^, the question sands though if a logia can create new limbs ^___^ which I do believe they can. Yet I've got to check with Yugi first.))
And as for actually losing his leg, wouldn't his Speed stat be cut in half? And if so, I think it should take two points to raise that stat now. Just a thought, since we don't have a real system for losing limbs.

He can't regenerate limbs. Logias can't do it, makes no sense why they would.

The speed stat thing is a little harsh, he already lost a leg I mean come on now.

He cut off his own leg though. Hardly pressured into it.
Besides, you can't expect someone to stay the same speed after losing a leg.
Also...the two stat points to increase speed by 1 was better than my idea of never being allowed to raise the speed stat ever again.

A falsey still wouldn't get you back to your normal speed would it?
Besides, we are also talking about a swordsman who uses a b*****d sword, something two legs are need for unless he wants to be laying down on his side all the time.

Well it's stated that a logias body is of his own element. In a good example would be...Episode 323 I think in the anime...where Blackbeard himself says to Portgas D. Ace (Mera Mera no mi holder in the show for those who don't know. Which is relevant because that's the fruit Rake have. I wanted no confusion about this clear fact.) that his body is of fire and by that reason then a new leg would be created normally by the same technique that allows any attack to go through the body. They can become entire fire and then reaper in normal form.
This is why I asked Yugi of course. He has the final words in this. Well maybe Mugi has some to and the other crew but I do not really care how they solve their debates. As long as I get a answer form them as a yes or no then I'll stop by that. It's always best to ask so that no error is made. This is a rule I try and live by.
Now for the speed it's a common RP thing to give the user a permanent walk penalty of 50%. This means that no level change have to be consider or when he uses his fingers he has the full speed. Yet using only one leg will take down walking speed by 50%. Cause that's what a leg is for, walking. I doubt you loose your online typing speed if you loose your right foot. Yet a penalty is also then able to be reduced by training with a peg leg. Which means such as a cyborg leg training such a penalty might be able to be taken away in time. So if I have a saying I would go for the walk penalty system for it's easy and it makes sense for the character. True I can see why it might be interesting to have my character a bit worse and down to the others level by completely drain my speed but it would make so little sense. His balance will be of so fighting is out of the question but when that's remained he would still punch as fast as before.
Edit:
A sword Rake can use with one hand my friend. Strength has already taken away some of the size problem and I could sue a katana as a stick.

Ok, you probably can use a b*****d sword with one hand, but it'd hardly be elegant, you'd end up throwing yourself off balance with such a massive sword.

Yes but guess who'll be the one cut in half not elegant? Well I'll just have my left leg on fire. Ace can walk as a being on fire, so why not Rake. I'll just need to get free of the sea stone ^___^ Then if the cyborg idea gets' shot down I'll get me a bloody anchor as peg leg just because to prove that it's awesome.
This will be fun, now I've got a one legged, smoking pirate. I wonder what he will loose next? An eye perhaps, I doubt I'll go for the arm. You see guys I do not make a character to defeat you all. I'll make a real character with true flaws. Why play a perfect god when you can play the strangest farmer with a walkign stick as main weapon haahahaha
