History: Ian was a sniper for ASEA for several years before an accident where he was told to take a dangerous shot and a victim was killed along with the criminal. After the incident he began feeling that ASEA lacked the morals it should have and became a vigilante that hunts down both criminal super's and ASEA personel that he feels are acting inappropriately. Ian's method is to find a high place and attack from a distance then use his flying disk to escape and conceal himself before picking apart pursuers.
