I love ska, nothing like some rude tunes to brighten up your day!
What bands do you like?
I must say that I particularly like the planet smashers and general rudie myself.

I like some Ska. I haven't really been exposed to anything outside of the local L.A./O.C. bands though. Like...
Atreuim
Afroknots
Bang Sugar Bang
and others... I just can't think right now.

Uhmm...not too familiar with ska. Mostly I go for ska-punkish stuff...I think...I'm really not too familiar with it. I should try to listen to ska more often, because let me tell you folks, that ska is something wonderful.
I listen to The Aquabats, Operation Ivy, used to listen to Rancid a lot a long time ago but I stopped, The Blue Meanies, and Mustard Plug. I think that's it. Oh and I listen to The Clash occasionally, which isn't really ska, but is influenced by it.
Also, I would be able to play saxophone in a ska band, which I was talking about at a recent band concert to one of my dear friends who is in percussion, but the self-proclaimed resident punk at my school interrupted to say he would rather die than let me in his ska band. Which he doesn't have. Because he only plays cymbals.

Ivy song entitled "Unity" to the kid, but I doubt he would've gotten it the allusion. What did your former boyfriend say about his so-called band?

there are a couple more, but alot of them i cant even spell x_x
