All contests must state rules, prizes, and an end date.

Also, any contest threads will be available to view until the judging is over. The winners will be announced Via PM first and then asked if they would like thier thread saved. Then the winners will be announced to the guild. The thread will be moved to the "writer's cafe" into a single thread.

After the judging is over, all contest threads will be deleted unless asked otherwise. (So if you really like what you did, please let me know before hand VIA PM. I will save it for you and move it to another subforum)
