A large area specifically for training and fighting. It is a dome in which one can train under tough conditions to reach the peak of human ability.

Cindy entered the coliseum with hopeful eyes upon her face. She had waited almost her entire life for this and now she was finally here, standing in the holy land. She was being led in by a couple of guards and soon emerged from a narrow hallway into a wide dome in which was completely empty. She turned around to the guard and he simply smiled at her saying “Good luck.” With that he turned around and left her a lone to face whatever was ahead. Though whatever it may have been, Cindy was ready for it.
Soru ¼
No sooner then had the guard left an odd looking man walking into the coliseum. He looked oddly enough like a weasel. He laughed at her and then said “New meat, first new person we've had in a very long time...” With that said he disappeared and reappeared within the blink of an eye causing Cindy to fall onto her bottom. Cindy blinked a couple times saying aloud “How in the world did you do that?” Cindy knew the premise of Stealth Walk but never had she seen something that fast.
Soru 2/4
He looked up at her and then said “It's simple really, as I can tell you have to be mighty strong to be here right now. It's a matter of learning how to kick your leg against the ground ten times in the matter a second. If you wish to be a member of CP9 you must have leg strength explosive enough to seemingly cause one's body to 'disappear'...” Cindy nodded her head lightly, she had seen him do it so it really shouldn't have been a problem. She had also pretty much mastered the principle's of Stealth Walk...
Soru ¾
With that Cindy looked over at him and nodded her head. She yelled out “Soru...” and with that she was off kicking her leg off the ground repeatably and appearing somewhere else not too far off, she had managed to do it. The man laughed, he seemed to have a very weasel like laugh. “Excellent girl, excellent! With that kind of talent you will have no problem learning the rest of the moves that us members of CP9 utilize everyday to do our jobs as efficiently as we possibly are able to .”

Cindy blinked lightly and then said aloud “Well, how many do I have left to learn...?” The man chuckled and then held out his hand saying “Five more, but trust me, you seem to be a natural so this be of no problem to you.” Cindy smiled lightly and then the man clapped his hands together saying “By the way, my name is Nero.” Cindy was opening her mouth to introduce herself but Nero only held out his hand saying “Say nothing more, I already am well aware that you Cindy Juuhasinhime.”
Tekkai ¼
“Now Cindy, the next move that I am going to teach you is known simply as “Tekkai.” Tekkai is an iron defense and there is very little that can manage to break through it.” Cindy nodded her head lightly showing her understanding. “It's done through a tensing of the muscles, very similar to Hard Muscles except ten times stronger. Allow me to demonstrate...” Nero said as he then walked back further. “Now then, I would like you to hit me as hard as you can, put all of your strength into this next punch....”

Cindy wasn't one to argue so she would comply and do as she was told she ran as Nero at her full speed without using a move and then yelled out “DYNAMIC PUNCH!” and right as her fist was about to connect to Nero he said lightly “Tekkai...” and with that when Cindy punched him it felt as though she was punching an iron statue. She grabbed her hand in pain as she had never felt that when punching a person before. Nero softly laughed and then said “You see, that is the power of CP9!”

Cindy was still shaking her hand around trying to shake the pain off. Nero then smiled widely at it making his sharp front teeth visible as he said “Now it's your turn to try it, and you better get it on your first try, because this is fatal.” Cindy stared at him with wide eyes. Was he seriously taking her training that far? Cindy didn't want to find out so she would make sure that she got this on the first try! Nero walked backwards and then took a hanker chief out and wiped off his finger. He then ran at Cindy yelling out “Shigan!”

Cindy closed her eyes tightening her muscles saying “Tekkai!” Nero's finger slammed against Cindy's stomach as it didn't budge a bit. Nero chuckled lightly as he then said “Excellent.” Cindy opened up her eyes slowly and then realized that she had actually managed do the move very quickly. She opened up her trench coat to reveal that there wasn't even a bruise on her stomach and she knew that the move Nero had used is designed to pierce through human skin but the Tekkai fixed that.
Shigan ¼
Nero smiled seeing Cindy's bare stomach but didn't show that he liked that. He shook his head clear before Cindy could see. “Anyway, move right along. So Cindy, I heard you pride yourself as sort of a marksmen?” Cindy nodded her head saying “I'm the best shot in all of the West Blue, no one can match my accuracy.” Nero chuckled lightly saying “Then I suppose this move is perfect for you. This move is known simply as Shigan, or if you prefer in english it translates to Finger Gun...”
Shigan 2/4
Cindy nodded her head preferring the term Shigan. “Anyway, this move allows one to make bullet hole wounds without actually using a gun.” As he said that Nero put his finger up. “Anyway, you basically take your pointer finger and then using all of your might you jam your finger into the the desired spot.” Nero then turned around and said aimed at the wall “It can even be used to pierce through solid concrete...” Cindy was slightly confused but watched and listened none the less even though he made no sense.
Shigan ¾
Nero turned back to Cindy saying “Watch and learn.” With that he brought back his arm and yelled out “Shigan!” and with that jammed her finger directly into the wall. He then pulled it out revealing that the whole was totally clean, not a single crack in sight. He looked at her and then said “Now I believe it's your turn.” Cindy nodded her head and walked over to the wall. She brought back her arm and pointed out her finger yelling out “Shigan!” and with that she jammed her finger straight into the wall.

Nero applauded her by clapping both of his hands together yelling “My god, I have never seen a student get these moves as fast as you do, you're definitely on your way to the top.” Cindy smiled slightly and then removed her finger from the wall, making sure to blow off the excess dust as she did so. “Now, this next move that I will show you is known simply as Geppou.” Cindy tilted her head to the side saying “Gep...pou?” Nero's cheeks twitched slightly, he really was like a weasel.
Geppou ¼
“Yes, Geppou, roughly it means Moon Step.” Cindy listened to every word that he had to say, she was looking forward to learning the last moves he had to teach. “Now, a Geppou is performed by jumping off of the air it's self. With the leg strength that someone like you has this move should be no problem, if you can perform Soru then there is no way you wouldn't be able to know how to do that.” Cindy nodded her head lightly as she listened in order to signal that she was taking in what he said.
Geppou 2/4
Nero then chuckled lightly saying “Allow me to demonstrate.” With that Nero ran into the stands of the coliseum and then turned around saying “Soru.” and with that he disappeared and then reappeared at the edge of the stands jumping out high above Cindy. He then yelled out “Geppou!” and with that managed to kick off of the air and into the air. He then did a flip and used it once again to get back onto the ground much quicker as to not waste anytime. “Now Cindy, I believe it's your turn to try.”
Geppou ¾
Cindy nodded her head lightly, slightly frightened to try this one as she had no idea how to perform it, though she would give it her damn best. With that she backed up slightly and then bent her knees down. Nero looked at her with an odd expression upon his face saying “You'll never get a good enough start in the air with just a jump...” but he stopped talking as he watched Cindy yell “Bomu Bomu High Jump!” and with that an explosion occurred underneath the heals of both of her feet.

Nero stared at her in awe as she jumped into the air doing a flip as she did so. Once she was at the peak of her jump she then turned to her sighed and yelled out “Geppou!” and with that kicked off of the air down back onto the earth below. She landed on her feet with a smile upon her face. She then looked to Nero and said “How was that?” Nero stood there, his face remaining still until an explosion of happiness swept over his face as he yelled out “My god, that was absolutly amazing!”
Rankyaku ¼
Cindy chuckled lightly saying “Ah...it was nothing.” Nero then shook his head no and then said “So, I'm assuming you have a Devil Fruit?” Cindy nodded lightly and then said “Yes, I have the Bomu Bomu no Mi.” Nero smiled thinking to himself how much he would love a Devil Fruit no matter what kind it was. He then shook his head to shake the thoughts out of his head. “Anyway, onto the next technique. This next one is simply known to us and everyone else as Rankyaku.” Cindy smiled upon hearing this.
Rankyaku 2/4
Nero then went through the process of explaining the move. “This move is performed by moving your leg so fast that it slices the air in front of you.” Cindy nodded her head signaling that she was paying attention. “The wind slice will be so powerful that it can cut through human skin just as well as a sword can. Please, allow me to demonstrate.” Cindy watched him as he walked back and stared at the concrete wall which he had just put holes into. He breathed in heavily and prepaired himself.
Rankyaku ¾
He then yelled out “Rankyaku “ and then kicked his leg out with all of his might. Two blue cresent shaped air blades shot at the wall managing to slice right through it. Cindy stood in awe at the sight of the broken wall. He turned around and smiled saying “Now it's your turn.” Cindy nodded her and then walked over to where Nero once was standing and readied herself. Then with all of her might she kicked out her leg sending a blue wave out at the concrete wall which once hit managed to break the wall.

Under the force of two attacks it didn't take long for the wall to collapse has the integrity had been greatly destroyed. Nero chuckled lightly and then said “Excellent, now we only have one more technique to show you before one of the older ones take you under there wings.” Cindy nodded lightly, though was very curious as to what he meant to that, and was slightly afraid at who might be her mentor might end up being as some of these World Government types seem to be quite the hard asses.
Kami-e ¼
“Now Cindy, the last move I shall teach you is known as Kami-e. It is a move that is entirely designed for the purpose of dodging. It will make you look almost like paper as you move away from there fists and kicks and other such things.” Cindy smiled knowing full well that she was almost done with this, she was so close to being done she could smell it. Though lord only knows how long she'll be in there with whoever it is that want's to take her under there wings, hopfully it will be someone very powerful.

Nero then smiled and said “For the last time, let me demonstrate.” With that he reached behind him into his pants and removed a pistol. He threw it to Cindy and then said “I want you to fire off a bullet barrage at me and I will dodge all one hundred of those bullets without a single scratch on me.” Cindy chuckled lightly catching the gun in her hand saying “Alright, can do.” Nero then walked back over to a fairly far position. Nero then turned around to Cindy and said “Alright, go for it.”

With that said Cindy fired off one hundred bullets one by one directly aimed at Nero. Nero wasted no time though as he sprung into action going limp like paper. Each bullet caused him to fly out of the way of the of it and the other's bullet's force made it look like it was impossible to shoot him. Once Cindy was finished Nero smiled a very weasel like smile and removed a pistol of his own yelling out “Think fast!” and with that he fired off one hundred bullets of his own aimed directly at Cindy.

Cindy smiled as she knew that she had this one down. Her body began to sway and move all over slipping right between all of the bullets and letting them fly by her. She now knew that she had all of these moves down, she was now officially a member of CP9! The bullets finally stopped and Cindy remained standing there. There were bullet holes all along the wall behind Cindy and not a single one was inside of Cindy, not even one of them grazed her arm which was really good for a beginner.
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 1/15
Nero stared right into the eyes of Cindy, the tension between them was intense. Cindy was slightly worried that she had done something wrong and she had no idea what is was that she did wrong. Did she mess up the move? Was she bleeding somewhere. Nero didn't speak but slowly his weaselly lips curled right into a smile as he then spoke out “Congratulations Cindy, you are now a member of CP9, a master of Rokushiki, a one man army, able to deflect anything that should come your way.”

Cindy smiled as Nero continued to talk but then he stopped and then said “Well, I must go talk to the others to see which one of them wants you, you can only learn from one of them. This has been fun Cindy, though sadly this is the last time I will ever see you. It is simply how things are done here.” Cindy sighed lightly but smiled saying “I'll try and make it, good bye Nero, make sure I get somebody good!” Nero chuckled and then said “Don't worry, I'll be sure to try and snag you one of the better members.”

With that said Nero began to leave but then turned around and noticed something especially odd, and that was that Cindy was still in her full Naval Uniform. “Oh no dear, that won't do at all. You are no longer a member of the Navy, you barely even associate with them anymore.” Cindy nodded her head, slightly saddened by that fact but accepted it none the less it was simply one of the things she had to do for power in this world. “Your new clothing is sitting right there, go ahead and change and I'll be back.”
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 4/15
Cindy turned around and saw a box that she had never seen there before. She turned around to ask Nero something but by that time he was already gone. Cindy sighed lightly and then opened the box revealing in front of her an entire outfit. Quickly she stripped down naked, afraid that someone would see her and got into her new clothes. She smiled looked down at her self. This outfit was much more fashionable then anything she had ever had to wear before. She topped the entire outfit on by placing a pair of blue glasses upon her eyes.
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 5/15
Though right as she finished putting on the glasses a man burst through the doors. She quickly turned to him and saw that it was none other then Rob Lucchi. She had met him once before though at the time she had thought of him as a lowly Shipwright who was unable to speak but now he seemed so much different. “I...I didn't know you were a part of CP9...” Rob Lucchi's eyes narrowed at her, as did his bird as she heard him speak for the very first time. “We will waste no time speaking, defend yourself using only Rokushiki!”
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 6/15
With that she was given absolutely no time as yelled “Soru!” and was upon her within a second. He then yelled out “Shigan!” and with that went in to jam his finger into her chest. Quickly thinking though Cindy yelled out “Tekkai!” and with that her body was as hard as steel causing Lucchi's finger to do no damage. He jumped backwards and then said “Rankyaku!” and began rapidly moving his leg up and down sending blue crescent blades at her. She yelled “Geppou!” and with that Jumped into the air and stayed there by repeatedly kicking the air with each of her feet.
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 7/15
Rob Lucchi looked up at her and then said “Excellent dodges, but Rokushiki is more then dodges. Strike me damnit!” and with that he jumped up into the air and was at her in an instant seeming to do a combination of Soru and Geppou. He yelled out “Shigan!” doing a mid air Shigan at Cindy. Though as he did that she managed to use Kami-e to totally dodge the attack and slip to the side allowing herself to fall to the ground below. This man was incredibly and it felt like there was absolutely no winning this.
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 8/15
Once she landed on the ground it would seem that Lucchi was still in the air. Using the moment to her advantage she waved her leg at him yelling “Rankyaku!” and with that C resent blades flew at him. Though he was smarter then that and did a flip using Geppou to get closer to the ground. Once on the ground Cindy yelled out “Soru!” and with that was upon him in an instance and without even thinking about it she brought back her arm yelling out at him “Shigan!” and with that attempted to jam her finger into his stomach.
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 9/15
Though Lucchi seemed to always be one step ahead of as he yelled out “Tekkai!” making it so Cindy's finger did absolutely nothing to him. Lucchi smirked and then said “That's all I needed to know, it's now time to end this.” and with that jumped back slightly and placed both his fists together about three inches from Cindy's chest yelling out “Six King Gun!” and with that a loud ding rang through the air and Cindy felt her chest pretty much explode from the force of Lucchi's attack on her.
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 10/15
Cindy fell backwards coughing up a whole mess of blood though being sure to aim it at the ground so she wouldn't ruin her clothes. She looked up at Lucchi with blood stained upon her lips saying “I'm sorry, but it seems that I've failed...” Lucchi simply smiled down at her saying “No, not at all. You've actually succeeded. You have shown me that you are capable of Rokushiki even against the CP9 master. Any other person would have been knocked down in an instance and yet you managed to last for such a long time.”
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 11/15
Cindy let out a long and terrible cough standing up to her feet saying “But I've failed! Your attack totally destroyed me.” Lucchi smiled lightly saying “That it did, but it had to in order for you to understand the full strength of the the seventh form of Rokushiki.” Cindy tilted her head to the side upon hearing this saying “Seventh form? But I was almost certain that there was only six, atleast that's all that Nero taught.” Lucchi's eyes narrowed at the mention of Nero. “That man is a fool and doesn't deserve the air he breathes.”
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 12/15
Cindy thought that was a little harsh but wouldn't mention that to him for fear of being killed. “Anyway, I am the only member of CP9 that knows of the seventh form of Rokushiki, one must be a master at the other six before they are able to learn the Six King Move and as I am retiring sometime soon I felt that I should pass this move down to someone who was worthy of it. My name is Rob Lucchi by the way as you no doubt know, and I am the most powerful member of the CP9 force.”
Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun 13/15
Cindy smiled widely at this, she knew that she would get the pick of the litter when it came to learning techniques. “Now I want you to do this technique Cindy, it is quite a simply process. All you must do is put both of your fists together like I did earliear and then exert all of your force into them causing an effect very similar to that of an Impact dial that Skypieans use up above but much more powerful. Now I'd like you to give it a try on that wall over there if you wouldn't mind too much please my dear.”

Cindy nodded her head and then looked over at the wall. Slowly she made her way over to it making sure that she was breathing properly, she was slightly worried about messing up this move as lord only knew what the man would do to her. She reached the wall and then breathed in and out slowly. She brought her hands up to the wall and placed her fists together. It was now or never, she did as he said and yelled out “Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun!” and with that the wall blew apart into pieces.

Lucchi smiled at Cindy as the wall blew apart and self consciously Cindy patted herself on the back. This was a rather huge accomplishment for herself. She was truly making a name for herself now. She turned to Lucchi who then proceeded to give her the thumbs up. “Now Cindy, this next move I'm going to teach you is almost as hard as that one but not quite. This move is used all for the sake of countering someone doing the exact oppisite of what the technique Tekkai is menat to serve.”
Tekkai Empty Tree 1/12
Cindy thought about the entire concept for a second and then raised her head, not quite getting a grasp on the concept saying “Do you have a name for it?” Lucchi laughed slightly and then a smile across his face said “Yes, I call Tekkai Empty Tree.” Cindy grew a quizical look upon her face and it was no surprise to Lucchi that she did, and as he took notice to it before she could ask the question he decided to answer it. “The move is named like that simply because it has the same effect as a punching a hollow tree.”
Tekkai Empty Tree 2/12
Cindy nodded her head showing her understanding “I take it by the looks you are giving me that you have never punched a hollow empty tree before.” Cindy nodded her head lightly and then Lucchi said “When you punch a hollow tree and it remains standing the force of your blow is pretty much sent back into you through your arm. So when you punch it, it will no doubt hurt. That is the purpose of all of this today, is to cause someone to actually break the bones in their arms just by punching you anywhere.”

Cindy nodded her head as Lucchi jumped backwards and then said “Allow me to show you, go ahead and give me a punch, just don't do it too hard as it will hurt and I would hate to break your arms.” With that he jumped backwards and yelled out “Give it your best.” and with that stood in a neutral position. Cindy smiled lightly and then said “Alright.” She walked back and then turned around. She then said lightly under her breath “Soru...” and with that she was upon him in less then one second.
Tekkai Empty Tree 4/12
She brought back he fist as far she good yelling out “Dynamic Punch!” and with that shot her fist at him as hard as she could. Lucchi then said lightly “Tekkai Empty Tree...” and with that his body hardened over. Cindy punched him and as soon as her arm hit she instantly regretted it. It sounded as if the bones inside of arm were cracking as he fist remained there. She bit her lip in order to stop from wailing, there was no way she was going to allow herself to be seen as weak here.

Lucchi looked down at her with a look of disapproval spread all over his face. “I believe I told you not to do it too hard, I told you that it would hurt and that should have been enough for you to listen, and now you are suffering the consequences.” With that he looked down at Cindy's fist and then took his own hand and placed it on Cindy's forehead shoving her to the ground saying “There is absolutely no reason for you to keep your fist upon my suit, your dirtying it up and it's dirty enough as it is.”
Tekkai Empty Tree 6/12
Cindy fell to the ground below, landing on her already weak arm. If she would have been anywhere else she would have shrieked out in pain, but not here, not in front of the CP9 leader. “So, Cindy. Do you care to give this move a shot when you've regained yourself?” Cindy nodded her head lightly will still on the ground, wiping her face off as she had let a few tears slip by. She stood up slowly, using her other arm to bring herself up onto her feet. She looked at Lucchi and then smiled saying “I'm ready.”
Tekkai Empty Tree 7/12
Lucchi smiled himself saying “Alright then, just remember, you are a hollow tree.” Cindy nodded her head and with that Lucchi walked backwards and then turned around looking directly at Cindy. With that he yelled “Soru!” and with that was at her in an instant. He bought back his finger and yelled out “Shigan!” and Cindy yelled out “Tekkai Empty Tree” her body didn't harden though and Lucchi noticed that so he directed his Shigan at her shoulder instead causing the finger to pierce right through her skin.

The Shigan went into her arm and Cindy shouted out in pain, the finger hurt so bad and she prayed to god she would never have to feel that pain ever again. She fell to the ground grabbing her shoulder as blood spread through her fingers. Lucchi looked down at her, an expressionless look on his face. Cindy just continued to roll around on the floor though and was spreading blood everywhere. This move was proving to be much trickier then she had previously thought that it would end up being.
Tekkai Empty Tree 9/12
Lucchi finally spoke saying “This is not a problem, I know of no one that managed to get this move done pat on there first try. Though I will ask you to get up and deal with the pain. It is your punishment for failing, your lucky I moved my finger or else you would have taken a finger to the stomach.” Cindy nodded her head lightly accepting that she was dumb for what she did. She would make sure to get it on the next try though, she had a feeling that she knew what she had done wrong.
Tekkai Empty Tree 10/12
She stood up breathing heavily as she held her arm tightly. She stared at Lucchi and just tried to steady her breathing as to stop her blood from running so much out of the wound. Once she had calmed her breathing she stared at Lucchi and he gave her a smile saying “Whenever your ready...” Cindy nodded and then said “I'm ready...” Lucchi chuckled and then went into a full out run at Cindy. Once at her he yelled out “SHIGAN!” and with that sent out his pointer finger directly at the stomach that belonged to Cindy.
Tekkai Empty Tree 11/12
Cindy then yelled out “Tekkai Empty Tree!” and with that her entire body hardened over and his hand hit Cindy and she could tell that it was hurting him. He healt his hand and looked down at his finger which was bulging and red. He looked up at her and then laughed lightly saying “That hurt.” Cindy smiled knowing that with his saying that meant that he was successful in her attack. She was on her way to becoming a master of all form Roshskiki and perhaps someday a Goresei.

Lucchi chuckled and then said “Alright, I have one more move to teach you. It is known simply as Shigan Yellow Lotus. Basically it is a mixture of Shigan with a sort minigun attack. It makes it so that you can basically use shigan to poke more holes in a person then swiss cheese.” Cindy tried to visualize it in her mind but couldn't visualize it properly, she just got the most interesting of images that she didn't even feel was possible to do to a person or even an animal for that matter.
Shigan Yellow Lotus ¼
Lucchi smiled and then said “Allow me to demonstrate.” Lucchi then turned around to a different wall that was perfectly okay that hadn't been touched at all. He looked the wall over with his eyes and then turned around to Cindy saying “Watch and learn.” With that said he brought back his hand and then began his work. Rapidly he poked at the wall creating many holes. Plaster and other such things flew back at air behind him. This was truly a devastating attack to have aimed at you.

Once he was finally done Lucchi turned to Cindy and then said with his usual cold monotone voice “Alright, I believe it's time for you to try.” Cindy nodded her head and then walked over to the wall. She looked it over and then took in a deep breath worrying slightly at what she was going to do if she failed. She breathed in and out, in and out. Cindy looked to Lucchi almost as if she was looking for approval. Lucchi narrowed his eyes at her and then simply said “Get on with the technique.”

Cindy nodded her head and then looked back at the wall. She brought back her arm and then yelled out “Shigan Yellow Lotus!” and with that started piercing the wall with her finger over and over again making a whole series of holes. After the was done with the move she turned around to see Lucchi with a smile on his face as he said “You're finished, congratulations. You are a fully certified member to Cipher Pole Number Nine. Go and be free and you will be called when you are needed back.” Cindy nodded her head and then left heading for the Royal Gates.
