Athrun and Cagalli seem like the perfect couple, but are they really? What happened at the end of Destiny? Do you think they will ever get back together?
Post your opinions on the current situation.

Perfect couple? Two words; HELL. YES. They complete understand each other, even from a distance. They both share that mutual relationship and it's easy to tell they care deeply for each other. I mean, from the moment they met, you can tell they had a connection. It's the typical opposite attract thing. Asuran is the calm water that put out Cagalli's firey spirit (or should I say "calms" it because there is no way that fire ever goes out! razz ).
With Destiny Phase 8 (don't know if everyone has watched that one yet, so I'm going to put this in white) --> As Asuran gives her the ring, you can tell there is defenitly love between them. I think Asuran giving her the ring was saying "wait for me, because I truly want to be with you". So, in a sense, he was proposing to her! ^__^ Or at least, we'd all like to think that. Hahaha.
As for the end of Destiny (here comes the white again) --> I didn't mind that at all. It's as Asuran said; they have the SAME goal, the SAME wishes, they know that they will be together again...but possibly in times of peace rather than the on-going life they both have. I believe they have that love that doesn't need to shor public affection, or physical affection, they can SENSE what the other is somewhat saying to them just by actions, expressions, body language. It's just there.
So...are they the perfect item? Once again; HELL YES! heart

I was actually a bit disappointed with the way they handled relationships in general when it came to Destiny. To me, it let a lot of things left unexplained. I mean, it was a real disappointment to me when Cagalli took the ring off. I thought she was signaling that she wanted it to end because she knew it would never work out between them. I mean, she literally began to cry when she ran into Meyrin as if she knew that Athrun would end up with her or something. But I know that it wouldn't happen between Athrun and Meyrin anyway. But regardless, they do seem like they are meant for eachother. However, I feel that Destiny was quite vague in the storyline and couldn't help but feel that there are a ton of things left unanswered. Which is why I can't stand the ending. What they should do is create a movie that will hopefully fill in the spaces...I don't think I can sit through another 50 episodes of this. sweatdrop

There really wasn't a lot of relationship romance between all of our known couples.

But to me it just gets kind of lame and annoying having to watch Athrun mope around all the time just because he doesn't understand what he's doing in war when half the time he has Kira, Lacus, and Cagalli standing right in front of his face telling him what may have been the best reason for fighting. I love Athrun, so it wasn't bad in the begining with all the Athrun. But in the next part, I don't like how they rushed the ending so quickly. evil Ack ><........god knows how horrible that ending was. Its like they switch the story to Rey, Talia, and Dulindal...(at least I think it was him). And Athrun was like somewhere in the background spectated their destruction. I was sitting there like...so, what happens to Athrun now? The end? crying And I really don't see how the Shinn and Luna thing worked out...I really don't. I mean Destiny was as odd and random as the sixth Harry Potter book.

Honestly, I realized it! There wasn't a lot of Athrun at the end at all! It starts with him, and ends with that stupid Rey kid and his "mom" and "dad".
When Talia told Kira she hoped Ramius could meet her "son", who was she talking about? It can't be Rey, because he died. If Rey and Rau were clones of Mwu's dad, does that mean her other "son" is Mwu La Fllaga?
