Short topic this time.

Whenever you practice or witness any sort of paranormal activity, most feel some physical sensation(s) of sorts. I know I do.

How about all of you?

My hands get cold a lot. Or my body feels tingly.

I get the tingles, but I also feel puffs of air on my neck at times when they breathe or kiss there.

There are also slight pressures that I feel. Like someone is holding your arm very lightly but you can feel the actual hand, just that pressure.

There will also be times when I'll lean forward without meaning to, to a point where I should fall, but I'll be pulled back up straight then pulled back onto the back of my heels then pushed forward again. They enjoy testing my trust by doing that.

^_- Still not too trusting on that one.

I get the feeling of pins and needles occasionally, accompanied by small patches of numbness and tingling. Depending on my mood at the time, it can sometimes feel as if the energy is being pulled from within me to the surface of my skin whenever I try and make a barrier. x)

It's weird but I mostly get the sensation that I'm being hugged or held and that somebody is running their fingers through my hair. Another frequent sensation...mostly when dealing with energy is feeling my body temperature rise either all over or just in my hands. When it comes to the empathic episodes it's one helluva toss up.

I usually feel light poke-like taps, as if the spirit is trying to get my attention. My hands also get cold, and i get tingly.

Same here. And sometimes I'm abnormally hot or really cold in a certain area. Like my arm or hand.

Oddly when I have a praranormal experience it's easily to tell to people who know of my gifts because of my eyes, normally I have blue but when at an emotional peak they turn like animals and reddish, which makes people call me demonic, but my eyes do change color when I have a paranormal experience too, they go a light green.

I'm not sensitive to these kinds of things.
I used to get queasy sometimes, but not anymore.
I kind of feel like I'm at a disadvantage. >.>;

I mean..
At least you'll know what's paranormal or not.

A couple of times, I've felt like I was being hugged and on one occasion there was something poking my left shoulder, never anywhere else. Sometimes I'll feel sick, but usually I just get really scared for no reason.

I generally feel a pressure in my ears when something enters the room, spiritual or not. There are changes in temperature when spirits touch you, usually warmth, for me. Sometimes there's pain.

What brought me into this topic, though, was the fact that just yesterday my gastroenterologist prescribed something called biofeedback to me. Apparently there's a very strong link between the stomach and the brain and meditating can help calm troubled patients. What it basically means in this sense, though, is: focus on something that's not pain to create a less irritating sensation. Or at least, that's how I understood it.

Thought maybe the use of the same name would interest someone.
