I just curious of the forum promoter and raid manager...
I think i have found a raid manager
Forum Promoter: Goes and basically looks for good, cool, interesting people, then invite them and makes threads that would attract people. Or trys to find popular threads and talks to the maker of the thread and try's to get them to advertise for us. Also goes around and try's to be as active, likable, and charismatic as possible to get people to join. this person is usually in charge of a small group of people that makes him look good.
They are also the guilds basically main stream forum face, and find out what the people want. There can be more than one that work together.
Raid Promoter: A person that finds cool places and when those places are going to be full of people, and picks a theme for the guild when they show up. Like for example go here at this time at this time zone, then posts a link that compares time zones, usually in it's own thread, and the theme is no clothes, trust me it's lots of fun, we kinda just talk have fun play games if it's at rally, and half shout the guild what were about how much fun we have and all that stuff. Their is usually just one of these or 2 if requested.
(a raid is where a ton of people in the guild all go to one place and basically do what we just did above)
