Bio: Arina is a cheerful and blunt hippogriff. She loves to go flying for hours at a time and she loves to help to care for others. Bio: Uranus was the first King of the Gods. His wife Gaia, and himself had many children-including the Titans, the Cyclopes, nymphs, the Furies, and the Hecatonchires. His son, Cronus, when pleaded by his mother, castrated Uranus so that he could not have any more children. When Uranus's castrated genitils were thrown into the sea, it is believed that may have been the birth of Aphrodite, although many dispute this claim. His son Cronus eventually took over his role as King of the Gods and his wife and sister Rhea was his queen, but he was prophesized to loss his place to his children, so he ate many of them. Rhea, Zeus's mother, deceived him so that Zeus could survive to overthrow him.

Bio: Artemis is the goddess of the wilderness, the hunt, wild animals, and fertility-especially in cities. She was an Olympian and one of the virgin goddesses. Her twin brother was Apollo. She was very protective of her purity and turned Actaeon into a stag for seeing her naked, and then had his own hounds hunt and kill him. She also caused the death of Orion, allegedly for trying to rape her, by conjuring a huge scorpion to sting him and his dog. When Zeus tricked one of her nymphs into having sex (in Artemis's form) Artemis turned the nymph into a bear and shot her. She became the Great Bear Constellation according to some myths. In some areas she was worshipped only as a minor diety, but in others she was a promionent goddess. When a mortal, Niobe, claimed to be better than her mother because she had more children, Apollo and Artemis killed her children.
