What's a scrapbook?
"Scrapbooking is a method for preserving personal and family history in the form of photographs, printed media, and memorabilia contained in decorated albums, or scrapbooks. The idea of keeping printed materials of personal interest probably dates to shortly after the invention of printing. This trend is probably similar for photographs."
AKA - You fill in posts with memories so you can remember them later.

So the scrapbook here is made to remember the past year of Social Outcasts, as well as the Anniversay party. We really want this to look nice, and be filled with everyone's memories, so please participate and pour all your emotions into it!

Boo's First Year as Captain...

The early days...
of this guild were wonderful, stressful as always, but wonderful. It was so nice to see so many new faces [or avis...] all enjoying being carefree and accepted. It just made me feel like I finally found my purpose in life: to improve the lives of others.

Registering Outcasts...
was essential to the growth of the guild, and I probably wouldn't have done it without my real life friend Lovely baby143, Lisa. She donated her unused guild to me on Tuesday, August 5, 2008.
This was a wonderful gift, which came with a load of stress. Trying to notify all the members of the registered guild, trying to organize it, advertise it, get active members... and this stress has not yet passed.
S.O. is still a small community with few active members; however, these past few months, I have seen a fluctuating growth in new members and activity. I can't wait to see where it will be this time, next year.

Affiliating with Blessed Be...
was a huge mile-stone for S.O.; their member count was more than 16 times our size, and their post count was even greater. This proved to me that, although it is small, our community is one to be proud of, and worth my time.

I Think -
that this anniversary is in one way, an ending to a rocky start, and in another way, a start to growing this community larger and closer.
It wasn't as big of a hit as I would have liked, but it was more than I though it would be. Most of all, I'm glad that everyone actually a good time.
That is the best of all, just making people's lives better by making them happy in the little way that I can at this age.
