We all know they all blow up and destroy everything, and cause radioactive fallout what is there to test?
If they are trying to make a "safer" nuclear bomb, they are being idiots!
A safe bomb? Are they serious?
If you could target one space, with zero chance of hurting neighboring regions, then everyone would use them. The thing is too big too awful it does not need to be refined or "improved" or miniaturized! Countries need to stop trying to out do each other in this particular area. In this race the winner also loses.

nuclear testing is going to lead to havitat changes in the regions were the bombs are used. also it will lead to greed because the governmets will want stonger weapons each time, and if every county does that, the world will be destroyed not by a war but because of the harmfull radiation that is released during each explotion.
there are other ways of blowing up things without hurting innocent bystanders.

One day a large ammount of solid matter will cross paths with earth and it will require all of the neuclear powers in the world to target their missiles at the mass and without co-operation the world will end, thus larger neuclear weapons may be useful.
