My name is Nolan Thomas (Tom) Murillo, and I have the, commonly used, nickname: Ntom. I am half Hispanic (though I don't look liek it) and half dutch (Yeah, I'm more white)
I grew up, for seven years, in the capital city of Texas, which is Austin. Later, I moved to Waco, a decent size town (Home to the Baylor Bears of Baylor University) and lived there for four years. Yes, by the way, it is still in Texas. Later on, my mother was tired of cities and so we moved to a small community of currently 1404 people about 20 miles south of Waco.
I went to the local school and...well failed misearably and helped me not much at all, and so, during my sophemore year (from the beginning) I moved to a small school, very small school inside the Waco city Limits called Rapoport Academy. it is one of the very few schools that exist in the US that are of this type called a Pre-College Charter(Public) School.
Not going to explain much, but its not your normal school and its far froma school for dumb people...sadly I am a dumb person and it makes it exceptionally hard for me x_x.
I have had an intrest in writing for almost as long as I can remember and for awhile wrote a book, until I found it being extremely fardfetched and have soo many cliche's it was rediculous.
Later I started another book that was sooo much better, but I haven't worked on it in awhile and it still remains unfinished. if you would liek to read some, it is posted in my journal. However, due to the fact that I became extremely nervous about people stealing my work, I have discontinued it(for it to be available to the public)
I have since then gained the passion of Photography, Video Making, Music, and, very very very VERY recently: Art.
Photography: I have a Digital SLR and a Manual Focus Film SLR
Video Making: I have Sony Vegas 8 PRO, write scripts, direct videos, edit videos and have a cannon power shot to record (=P...but is waiting for his upcoming very belated christmas gift: The Panasonic DV 100a Camcorder. a camcorder for professional amatuers!)
Music: Started in 6th grade playing Bassoon...since then my mom has taken away my bassoon, but I have started learning Cello, I play the Drums, and know a decent bit about Piano and Bass Guitar.
Art: I have done 3D wire/paper mache models, hand drawn images of hands and cartoon like images, have contrusted 3D rockets (made from trash...no they don't work) and now is working on a clay sculputure.
the 3d wire figure has been entered in a contest, and my hand drawing would have been entered too however, I was only aloud 3 entries and though my Art teacher forced me to put in the 3D wire man, my Photography teacher forced me to enter two of my photos.
aside from all that, I have summed up pretty much everything...well here are a few (one I can't believe I forgot to say!!!!)
I am a christian and go to a church (in the middle of nowhere) called Cottonwood Babtist Church. Don't worry though, i do believe in God and very strongly too, but the one thing I don't understand and refuse to do istry to Witness to people about my religion, I believe: Let them live how they feel most comfortable!
uh...what else? ha ha...I'm single! ha ha...oh!!!! speaking of relationships and orientation, I have had TOO many people think I am gay because apparently I'm not like normal guys -_-, so to clear things up if you wonder, I AM STRAIGHT! just liek this line: _________

I work (as a volunteer) for Waco's performing arts theatre called the Waco Hippodrome, and has been there since 1904, they have put on many broadway plays and other such, and have recently bought their own projector and movie screen!
last thing: if you didn't read it on my profile, I want to warn people, I do go crazy sometimes, mostly into a depressive state, please just ignore it ^^;; I have some really bad self esteem issues...that...friends are working with me to solve ;>>
in th emean time though, I would love to have new people (who are suppotive of me, not because on here I am their captain, but because they are friendly) so, all will be fixed in due time!
sorry it was so long,yours doesn't have to be soo long, but I want all of you to feel liek you can personally relate to me, rather than me being this mysterious man who sits at the top in his thrown in the shadows.
