Keyn'ai heard the satisfyingly dull thud as his arrow embeded itself into his wooden target. He walked over to his arrow. The arrow went half way through the thin, sturdy tree. He swiftly pulled the arrow out and went a 50 yards past his origional 100 yards from the target. He fitted the arrow to the bow and pulled the string to his ear. His hand steady he released the string and watched the arrow fly to the target once again. Returning to the tree he smiled as he saw that the arrow went through the same hole and nearly fallen out on the other side.

((Okay... let me see where I can start.))
'Breath in. Breath out.' Releasing the arrow, Iris felt the wind being sliced through and then still as the arrow hit the target. Of couse a direct hit right in the center. A non-moving target would always get hit. 'It's the moving ones that are tricky.' she thought lowering her arrow with a frown. Her training still had her missing the swift-feeted target, even with her control over wind.
She walked the 70 foot length of the field and retrieved her arrow. She had made it the day before, and now she was out testing the set. They seemed to be fine, but it slightly bent after impact. She needed to fix that.
Iris glanced around the field. People were starting to leave and others now comming. Perhaps she should get going. She began to pack up her things, which constisted of her second bow staff, other than the one she was holding, and journal where she had been making notes on the arrows she was testing out.
'It was time I took a trip outside the tribal lands. To see a bit more of the world,' she thought leaving the training grounds for home.

She stared at the moving target the other girl had missed. Without even thinking, she shot the target from behind the tree she was hiding. 'Not a bullseye but close,' she thought to herself. She shot again and it hit the center.
Quickly, Caterina jumped into the tree to hide from anyone who had witness her shots. She then ran off to the visit her master's grave outside the tribe.

Syrene got her bow out and a thin arrow, that would slice through any substance like soft butter, at ready. She pulled back the arrow from her bow string, and let it cut through the air. She frowned as she heard a dull thud hit the target. "I missed." She had missed the direct center by just a millimeter.
