Oh I have!! It's from a trading card set, where all the Inner, Outer and Starlight Senshi wear odd dresses, and then there's a card where the Starlights wear tuxedos like Grandpa, and another with Seiya and Grandma. And one with Grandma and Chibi Chibi.

Hmmm, well It looks more like a bridesmaid dress to me. Although, it's up to Ami-chan herself to decide that for sure. ^.^
