Yeah! It's quite charming! ^_^ (Yeah... That's the main reasom I didn't go through with my guild, cause it's expensive, and I have no ideas for good guilds.)

through trade (bit unorthadox but hay oh well)
Im going to have a Winner of the week board on The Iris thread that has the winner of the week and then they know when i give them the trade that there is no catch. xD

simple money can be traded but not gifted. Trades don't mean that your necessarily have to trade something back.
you can give some one gold and they just say okay.
once the trade is finalized then your gold is transferred to the other member.
I give out 500g a week and if no one else has joined by then. that makes you the only one able to recive the gold
