What levels do the pokemon have to be at? It doesn't say in the rules (unless I am just overlooking it somewhere?).

I haven't really decided that yet.
I'll probably make it a level that everyone can achieve though, like level 50.
You'll have a lot of time to build and EV train a team though until we actually get that contest up and running as well.
We have to wait until we get at least 100 members and I might appoint a few moderators to help me with it.
