I need you peoples opinion. Out of ALL the Final Fantasy games which one is the best? If you could also give a reason that would help too. =D

I, and a few others would probably say VII was the best, mostly due to it's super-awesome storyline and characters!

I'd say 10 or 12
10 was revolutionary in its wait-time battle system the graphics were seriously revved up the sphere grid was so awesome i literally spent hours of my gameplay just mapping it out the story was so hooking id start it over whenever i got the airship back just so i could relive it Overdrives were fun and satisfying Kimhari and Auron were pimpin and best of all was BLITZBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
12 because it was even more revolutionary with its Active Dimension Battle System or whatever it was called the license board was sort of annoying but extremely satisfying the Hunts were always fun the graphics were amazing especially on the Espers and Quickenings the party set up always kept things fresh especially if you spread your characters amongst the board the occasional Guest Character was always fun and helpful Chaining could go on for hours the Boss battles especially on Hunts were EPIC there is always a goal thanks to the Hunts and Sky Pirates Den and the best thing had to be selling all that hard earned Loot and buying up all those satisfactory Bundles as a result =]

oh and also just about any FF7 bite off is pretty good but personally i didnt actually lik the original much
but Dirge of Cerberus was awesome cus of the shoostings n watnot n Crisis Core was sooooo satisfying when a good spin came in plus the whole mission thing was fun

hm....i never played finalyfantasy...i forgot the new ones...but over the past i really like ff7 heheheh like the story line...even made all my char lvl 99

x Kyril x hm....i never played finalyfantasy...i forgot the new ones...but over the past i really like ff7 heheheh like the story line...even made all my char lvl 99 WOW sir i applaud ur dedication and fandomnessment i had it when i was 7 or 8 i think and i got lost when i fell thru a bridge and couldnt tell the base of the mountain from clouds arms so i traded my friend for lunar legend T^T lunar legends an awesome game but now with 7 more years experience and a hardened(lol i said hardened)FF fans mind i realize i made a mistake T^T

3. had nothing to do with "The Crystals"
4. more asian themed
5. creepy villain (Seymour)

Final Fantasy III (VI) FTW
Game had fabulous music, tons of characters, tons of espers, tons of magic spells, Ultros, Shadow and much much more. Only thing I never liked was sprites of game, for some reason I still hate Locke's and Sabin's sprites...
Also Gogo should've gotten more attention...
Final Fantasy IV
I don't know... I think that I still haven't beaten it, but still it have been on my top 2 Final fantasy list since I played it. Something in it just feels so great, maybe it's awesome music, maybe it's four fiends of the elements, maybe it's Hyadain's awesome remix, maybe it's all those kick a** characters and those kick a** bad guys (including four fiends of the elements)
or maybe it's because of all that, I don't even care. All I know is that this game is awesome and that's more than enough for me
Final Fantasy VII is OK
I used to be huge fan of FFVII and it wasn't just my favorite FF, but it was my favorite game. It was one of first Playstation games I played and it was first Final Fantasy game I can remember playing. Music was awesome, Graphics were awesome, Snowboarding was awesome, Characters were great and plot was... ok... I used to think that both characters and plot was awesome, but after years neither of them seems too awesome. If I now played it first time I would see nothing more than overrated game with overrated spin-offs with stupid plot about emo kid who wants to whoop some mama's boys a**...
Only characters I still like are Turks, Vincent and Tifa...
