History:Razes birth was not met with happy faces and looks of pride. He was the "work related accident" as his father called it. He was born to a pimp and his main whore, often called his bottom b***h. Of course his father thought it bad to buisness for his best whore to be carrying around a baby all the time, might as well make some use of the little ********. One night his gamble addicted father walked into a poker hall with five thousand dollars and a one year old baby boy. That very night he walked out with much less, twenty thousand dollars, and without his child. Raze had been bet and lost to a strange women. She wore many different trinkets, gems, and symbols all over her body, but what was most distinctive was the necklace that she wore that held the four suits. Although he came from a very destructive background Raze had a fairly nice life. His new mother was kind to him despite being alittle odd. Soon her ways became second nature. She taught him many things, how to respect nature, about the evils of corporation, how to use the natural energy in the world to his advantage(magic), and most importantly...the magic of card playing.

She did not believe that there was a such thing as chance, that the cards held a type of force that only the skilled could tap into. At the age of thirteen Raze met a very unique young women named Monica. He befriended her and she soon became one of the only people other than his mother that he dearly loved. They would often spend nights playing card games, he remembered her favorite was black jack, while his favorite was Spades. They both were so good at there respective games that sometimes they would sit for hours at a time merely thinking.

By the time Raze was 15 his mother decided that it was time that he be tested. She sat him down one day and pulled out a small black box that had five rectangle card shaped slots. The first held a deck, followed were the Jack of Spades, King of Clubs, Ace of Diamond, and Queen of Hearts. He was instructed to pick a card. Any card. Raze was not sure where she was going with it but he followed her instruction without question. He reached forward and almost grabbed the Jack of Spades, but as soon as his hand was close he could feel a vibe from the King of Clubs. He altered his path and picked up the card. Almost as soon as his hand made contact with it his hand began to tremble, on his chest a Club shaped birth mark formed right before his eyes. He looked to his mother in amazement and she explained, "Many many years ago there were four mighty warriors that used the power of the cards to destroy the over powered governemt and return power to the common man." She told him, "It is now time for that team to be reformed. Find the hands of those whom are bound to these cards. Let the Jack of Spades lead you onward to victory my son. Rest for now, your training starts in the mourning"

From that day forward his entire life was devout to training, martial arts mixed with the magic of the cards, he began to understand them and feel at home with his main card the King of Clubs. By the time he was 19 his deck of cards was the most deadliest weapon in the world in the palm of his hand. He began his journey to reunite the 'House of Cards' and follow his mothers wishes.

The first person that he thought of was of course Monica, he went to visit her at her parents Casino. He asked his mother to accompany him, not sure if he could convince her, and if she was in the Jack of Spades then he was sure that it would be a small hassle to get her to lead the team. His mother went into the Casino and sure enough struck up a game with Monica, and profoundly defeated her. After the game He and his mother met with Monica outside the casino. After what could hardly be considered a conversation she was infused with the essence of the Jack of Spades. Raze turned to his mother and smiled. He looked to the sky and sighed. The moon glowed dimly over the shine of the large words that screamed -CASINO- Raze nodded his head and closed his eyes speaking softly,"Casino"

As the years passed and Raze grew more and more comfortable with his powers, he began to discover deeper meaning to his connections with the cards and eventually coming to the understand that he was literally the physical and spiritual reincarnation of the King of Clubs, long since forgotten in time, the great ruler whos only likeness was imprinted onto a simple playing card. Although he had this knew knowledge he was not entirely sure what he was supposed to do with it, add that with the new disappearance of his long time child hood friend Raze soon found himself lost without a purpose. His depression, making matters worse, caused his powers to fluctuate randomly, having short burst of surging power followed by near fatal flat outs. It was not until the mother that he now knew granted him the gift of understanding via a book of spells and historical persons did he come to the mentality that he was now. He would restore his great power to what it once was so many years ago and bring honor back to the Royal Club Kingdom. Though these new plans sounded very inspiring he could not ignore the fact that not only was he alone, but he was relitivly poor without Jackie, his powers were not what they were in his previous lives, and facing facts he lacked the political leverage needed to bring such a kingdom into existence once again. After much thought Raze formulated a plan, one that would not only provide him with the man power, wealth, and opportunity, but political leverage and a perfect alliby.

He decided that he would prey on the weak minds of the common man by antagonizing the ASEA, the group that most citizens looked to as their one and only source of truth and protection. If he could some how rip that secrutiy blanket from under them he knew that he would find himself in that oh so ripe moment of public confusion in which only a slight nudge would be needed to send them over the edge and into a life long pleadge to the Royal Kingdom. In order to do this he had to succesfully do two things, the first was to make the ASEA loook weak, to show that they were no match and of little help when dealing with any super that was little more than a scrub. There was some truth to the words he spoke, outside of the heavier mech units, and the very troublesome null ray from the Police units, they generally were not the best line of protection to a super that was of any worthy level of power. To do this he joined a group of treasure hunters, killing two birds with one stone by obtaining the money he needed as well as making the ASEA look like the fools that they are. The second thing he needed to do was show how unnessicary they were. For this task Casino formulated a mystical card that could transform him into a hero among heros. Captain Cosmic! A very generic hero at best but one that would come to the aid of the people, defeat beast, and protection the city, all the while preserving the basic rights of supers and use much more honorable methods of heroism and not over powered forced fist. He would be loved by supers and non. Using this common support he would step into the final stage of his plans. To influence the minds of the citizens into knowing and believing that the only true Saviour in this world was that of the King.
