Lol the 5th pic looks scary. Like all horror movie like.
Nice piercing. ^-^ How do you put the piercing back into your nose? Does it have a jewelry securing object like an earring to keep it from slipping?
Do you take one finger with that nose jewel securing post thingy and shove it up your nose and try to secure it? Sorry I don't know how nose piercings work, I'm basing it off of ear piercings.
But if you take one finger and stick it up your nose people will think you're picking your nose. What if the piercing falls deep down into your sinuses or something? Hmmmmmmm @ w @

It's called a nostril screw: 
the star goes on the outside, and the jewelry is custom bent to fit your nostril,
you take it out by pulling it out to the curve and it kinda twists out,
but I can't take it out or touch it until my piercing heals.
The piercing goes in by putting the curved part in first through the hole haha.
That nostril screw keeps it from coming out or anything.
