It looks pretty sweet! The pose is very nice! To me what I see that could use some work is the size of the head. To me it seems a little too big, but that may be a style thing. Also the expression doesn't seem to be intense enough for the scene. Maybe if you worked on the eyes a bit they could express more. If you look at the eyes alone without the rest of the picture you could never guess they would be in such a situation. Hope that helps!

You could try narrowing the eyes a bit to make them look more fierce.

Its a little tricky to describe hes that sort of hero whos a little naive and goofy only fighting when he has to a little like goku from dragonballz

Then he would be more serious? Maybe make him smirk-y and confident? Is he like that when he fights?

His behaviour depends on the seriousness of a fight he smirks during ones he knows he can win but has a more serious expression during more equal fights I suppose this would qualify as the latter so maybe I should make him appear a little more serious (heh thanks for putting up with me nomeh)

I think that might help his expression match the scene and make it seem more in place. You know what you could also try doing? Try for your next picture doing some action lines to make add more intensity.
And it's no problem! But I hope I helped at least a little bit XD

Its a really nice picture! The eyes could show a little more expression, but otherwise its great! Have you ever tryed inking over your pictures before?
