What Goes On Behind Closed Doors.
S t o r y l i n e . . .
In a old building - an old manor - there lived a small family. Nobody knows exactly who lived there, or how many people there was, only that it was a small family. Most of the small family died of Tuberculosis, leaving only the children. The older son and the younger daughter.
The children were raised by the servants, and as a result, were not as tame as most children grow up to be, and soon the younger daughter fostered a love of the outdoors. Against her protective brother's will, she ran away to the woods one day, where she met a stranger, and it was love at first sight.
The young daughter met the man in secret, for she knew her brother would disapprove, and kept this relationship going for some time. Then, her brother died due to the same disease that struck her parents, and sick with grief, the young daughter stayed home, where she was comforted by her lover.
Suddenly, the young daughter's lover began to show his true colours. He had been waiting to meet the girl, knowing she would fall for him due to her ignorance, in an attempt to gain the house. Growing abusive, he beat the girl, and took the house by force, and his monetary wealth.
He now owns the manor, and has turned it into an Inn. He doesn't live there, however; he lives in another one of his Inns, managing the business from there. Yet, the young daughter remains. It has been a year since her life was torn apart, and not even the staff who now own the Inn know of her presence; only a brief knowledge of what went on.
Are you a customer to this Inn, convinced the rumors of the girl are false?
Are you a simple traveler, who couldn't care less?
Are you a staff member, who simply works to live?

Biography: [ Catherine grew up in this place. She doesn't remember her parents, as they died when she was a small child, and grew up with her brother. After her brother died, and she was betrayed by her lover, she hid in the Inn. She sneaks out to receive food, and has received the title of 'ghost' by anyone who happens to spot her. Of course, Catherine would love to come out, but her lover forbids it, as he sees her as shameful, and a tool to be used and played with. She is terrified to leave in case he were to see her, which is the reason for her hiding. ]

Biography: Her mom was a witch but was killed when people found out. Her dad was human, but died trying to save her mom. She has only inherit the healing powers and can only learn more if she it trained but can't find anyone who will admit the fact. She is living here to sell healing herbs and good luck charms wile looking for a trainer.

 ~Catherine Laheart. Catherine closed her eyes as the music box played. It sat on the shelf near the window, across the room from where she sat on her rocking chair. Nothing else was in the room except for her small bed. The people who worked at the Inn knew her, the 'Ghost' to love music; she wasn't worried about them becoming skeptical. She rocked back and forth, and relaxed her body, wondering how long it would be until she could sneak for her snack. It seemed like an eternity every time she waited for something. Then again, no matter what happened, she would be waiting... waiting for her love to return. Waiting to become free of the place, that held her for so long.

Fenrick stood behind the bar, in the classic bartender pose. He had a glass in one hand, while the other had a cloth that cleaned the glass. He out it down and made a Jack slushie for a guy and slid it to him. Fenrick could hear the music playing. He shrugged it off and resumed pouring and mixing drinks for people .

Kelsy walked in the lobby of the inn. She had a small back pack on her back a large suitcase and then a smaller one. She was new to the town. She had just arrived recently. "Hello? I'm new and I'd like to check out a room." She yelled seeing no one at the check in desk.

Fenrick waved Kelsy over and shouted. "I CAN CHECK YA IN!" He showed off some of his awesome bartending skills. He poured cranberry juice into a cocktail jar and threw some vodka into it. He flipped it into the air. He caught it top first. The lid popped off and the drink splashed into his glass that he had out. Fenrick toooped it off with a lemon wedge. He gave it to the guy. "You're better off saying 'Punching bag for rent.'"Fenrick joked.

~Catherine Leaheart. Catherine could hear voices. She heard the bartender yelling to check someone in. So, there's was a new guest... she stood, and lightly walked towards the door. She opened it slowly and gently, the creaking of the door barely audible. She slipped out, and walked down the hallway, peeking around a wall into the bar. Her curiosity held her there, in the shadows, as she watched.[[ OMG Lorahboo2 I had a TOTAL sped moment. I thought you sent your profile for my other RP. I'll post your profile up now; and just to clarify, I know I told you this was in modern day, but it's not. I thought you meant my other RP, which is set in modern day. Sooo sorry! D: ]]

Kelsy yelled back. "Thank you!" She found a near by bench and sat there wile she waited for the other person who said that can cheek her in finish what he was doing. She had a strange feeling that someone was watching her, but shook it off.

Kelsey got up and gave a little giggle. "I'm checking out a room." She said as she walked over with her luggage. It wasn't much for her so she didn't mind caring it every where. In fact she always keep her small sack with her.
