Okay, where to start... Alright, storytime is first. A few weeks ago I went out and got myself this big, 22 oz steak; I ordered it rare. I eat the steak, and I start feeling all giddy (like a massive flood of endorphins, i guess) and like I'm just a bit stronger or lighter than usual (very weird feeling). Now, I've read several times that cow blood makes a fine substitute for human to some degree, but I don't know about that small amount that was in my steak.
So, I've got two questions for you: Is this a normal reaction or am I just 'weird'? And if a small amount of cow blood makes me feel like that, what will a slightly larger amount of human mean for me?
Oh, also, I want y'all to know I'm a hybrid (I figured you guys might know an answer better than the hybrids) and that I've never had a blood donor. Plenty of unknowing psi donors, though.

ok well...it's normal for you to feel that, that feeling that you had it was because you're not familiarized with animals blood.... and it's true cow's blood it's a good substitution of human blood but the ones who drink the most cow's blood is the ''bat vampires'' . x[ take care

I'm looking forward to meeting up with my donor XD. Only two months! And I know i'll like it. I've been around friends who had cuts that were still bleeding, and the slight scent of iron and salts in the air was nearly hypnotic. I've developed immunity to that effect though; I don't want to twoof every time i'm near a bleeding buddy. lol.

Okay, does any sangs here know when someone is bleeding at a certain distance without seeing the blood? I personally feel vibes that led me to a bleeding person or animal. How about you guys?

I don't get blood-radar, but I smell it (weird, because my sense of smell isnt above average with anything but blood). Ooh, do I smell it. lol, thank god i have a head cold for most of the year, cuz i would be going nuts. but, you must also keep in mind that I'm a hybrid, and we are different from y'all, so yeah.

Ah, I see! I can only smell blood if I'm up close. I remember one of my friends always had bad cuts on her leg and I would tend to the wounds (peroxide, cloth, bandage) and when she bled she had a very...rotten smell to her. o,O Like rotten meat. Her blood didn't appeal to me at all.Scent of blood for me varies from person to person.

For one needs to take into consideration how bad the cut was as wll as how long she may have had the wound before you tended to it.
