These here are the Techniques that only Ryuu Tribesman may learn, and the Proficient Techniques they teach. These can be added to, as well. The strongest of the Techniques can only be learned by those who have specialized in their craft.

Water Techniques Name: Water Walking Rank: D - Apprentice Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Self Requirements: None, save that you are raised in the Zenbi Tribe Description: This technique, tought to all apprentices, allows the user to walk on water, though the longer they do so, the greater the drain on their Ki.
Name: Water Manipulation Rank: D - Apprentice Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: 50 sq ft + 150 sq ft/rank Requirements: None, save that you are raised in the Zenbi Tribe Description: This technique, tought to all apprentices, allows the user to manipulate water, by making it bend and form to your will. Cannot change the water to Ice.
Name: Water Surf Rank: D - Apprentice Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Self Requirements: None, save that you are raised in the Zenbi Tribe Description: And easy technique, this allows a person to manipulate the water by moving your arms and make whatever vessel you are in speed up, as long as it's on water.
Name: Water Purify Rank: D - Apprentice Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Water touched Requirements: None, save that you are raised in the Zenbi Tribe Description: This technique, tought to all apprentices, allows the user to purify water. Not by removing poisons, but by removing natural impurities so that the water is drinkable. In this way, apprentices out on the water are able to get drinking water from almost anywhere.
Name: Swirl Rank: D - Apprentice Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Offense/Defense Range: 25 ft area Requirements: None, save that you are raised in the Zenbi Tribe Description: This technique causes the water in the area to spin with the movements of the Member's arms. While it won't spin overly fast, it will disorient swimmers.
Name: Water Whip Rank: C - Proficient Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Attack Range: However long you can wield (be realistic here) Requirements: None, save that you are raised in the Zenbi Tribe Description: By manipulating water and drawing it to your hand, you create a long lash made from water. With it, you can whip your enemies. It is exactly like a normal whip, save what it is made up, so wielding a 300 ft whip would be akward at best, impossible at worst.
Name: Prison of Water Rank: C - Proficient Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Self Requirements: Must touch the target, and be near water Description: Slightly harder to learn, this technique encases your intended target in water. However, you must be touching the target to do so, and if you take your hand away, the water WILL NOT stay. The target cannot suffocate in the water.
Name: Semblance Rank: C - Proficient Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Self Requirements: By being in contact with a form of water, thist technique can be used Description: By forming the water you draw naturally, you can create a semi real replica of yourself. However, those who get too close can see that the eyes are sparkly, as if they are always at tears. And the person created is always opposite the original. Meaning, if the original was right handed, the Semblance would be left handed. A reflection.
Name: Water Pulse Rank: C - Proficient Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: attack Range: 500 ft + 100 ft/Rank Requirements: must see opponent, and must have hands free Description: This technique allows you to use water to attack an enemy. Unlike water whip, you don't actually call it to your hand. You manipulate the water directly to attack the target. Again, they must be seen. If you cannot see your opponent, this technique will not work.
Name: Ice Manipulation Rank: B - Journeyman Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: Self Requirements: Must be of Journeyman Rank to learn. Special Training from someone who knows it already Description: This is a rare gift given to those who are worthy. It allows you to use every single water technique, but with a bonus. You can now turn water into ice, and back to water, at will.
Name: Storm Rank: B - Journeyman Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Supplementary Range: 500 ft + 100 ft/Rank Requirements: Must stand still anc concentrate for 2 posts. At the 2nd post, the effects begin to appear Description: This technique causes the sky to turn dark with rain clouds. The wind will pick up, and lightning flashes in the sky. While most will not think this is a Water Technique, this is. Rain will begin pouring on the 3rd post, 1 post after completion.
Name: Surge of Rejection Rank: S - Shuhan/Sage Tribe: Zenbi Element: Water Type: Attack Range: An area that spreads for up to 500 ft, 250 to the left and right, and the wave will travel for five hundred feet forward. Requirements: Water Element Specialization Description: This is one of the few techniques that the Zenbi have that seems more like one of the Artist moves. By raising their hands above their heads, the water will erupt upwards, and by thrusting the arms forward, the wave will shoot forward and sink all ships in that area. There is no way of avoiding this wave unless the opponent can stop the waves.
