Vibrato Blade | Rank: C-ranked (Proficient) | Type: Attack/Supplementary | Range: User's Weapon | Requirements: Blood Member of Ijutsu Tribe (you have to have been born into the Ijutsu tribe), Apprentice Rank | Element: Non-Elemental | Vibrato Blade is a technique unique to the Ijutsu Tribe. Using their unrivalled skills in Singing, combined with their magical essence, an Ijutsu member can cause their weapon (preferably a bladed weapon) to occisilate at such high speeds that allows the weapon to cut through any flesh and bone like a knife through butter. The effects of this technique last for 6 posts before wearing off
Sapphire Rain | Rank: B-ranked (Journeyman) | Type: Attack | Range: 1.5 mile radius | Requiremnts: Blood Membershop of the Ijutsu tribe (you have to have been born into the Ijutsu tribe), Proficient Rank | Element: Water | Sapphire Rain is a water magic unique to the Ijutsu tribe. Using this spell, the Ijutsu member can cause the skies to rain down blue magical energy on an area in a 3 mile radius from the user. The energy heals the user and their allies, while leaving innocent plant and animal life unharmed.
Protect by Material | Rank: C-ranked (Proficient) | Type: Defence | Range: Self | Element: Non-Elemental | Requirements: Blood Membership of the Ijutsu tribe (you have to have been born into the Ijutsu tribe), Apprentice Rank | Protect by Material is a special technique unique to the Ijutsu tribe. Using their link to nature combined with their magical essence, an Ijutsu member can touch a physical material and absorb its properities temporarily, covering their body in that materical but there must be enough of the material to absorb (it doesn't take away from the material that is absorbed so that material doesn't shrink or disappear) in order to cover their body otherwise only a part of the user's body is covered. This technique augments the user's defense depending on the material absorbed and doesn't hinder the body's functions like speaking. This technique only works on non-magical materials and will not work on magical materials.
These three techniques/spells I want to have exclusive to the Ijutsu tribe and Protect by Material, if you have ever watched Ben 10: Alien Force, is based on Kevin's ability to absorb materials.

Vibrato Blade: CAnnot cut through anything. Can cut through flesh and bone Easily, though.
sapphire Rain: 1.5 mile Radius seems fine for a Journeyman level. and does it just heal, or do damage too?
Protect by Material: Only Non-Magical material. There will be some materials that are made from magic, and won't work. And yes, I thought of Kevin even before you said that last bit.

@Sapphire Rain: I'll change it to a healing spell and have the radius to 1.5 miles

Devil's Maelstrom
Master
range: three to four meters
type: offensive
Requirements: must have a unique sword. Must be of master rank.
Chakra is focused into the user's sword, then launched as a wide area attack, which covers almost 90 degrees from each side of the sword. the blasttakes on some of the properties of the sword used with it. Any single elemental property that the user has can be infused into it. Without infusion it is a ki blast, with it is is an infused ki blast, so with fire it would be fire infused chakra rather than actual fire.
Shattered Glass

range: effects the users sword only.
type: supplementary
requirements: must learn this technique from Prince Auron.
This technique allows the user to gain much greater control on the rate of acceleration of their sword, being able to accelerate from zero to max speed instantly, and vice-versa.
Monkey Wheel
Master
range: short-ranged (performed directly by sword)
type: offensive/defensive (counter)
requirements: must be Master rank. must have a unique sword.
the user moves his sword downward at an odd angle, then moves the handle backwards behind him though the sword still points forwards, the rotates the handle around, then pulls it around over his head holding the handle in an inconvenient position. As the handle is held like this, he is in his counter-pose. He can only remain like this for about a second, but during that time, he is in perfect position to deflect any attack sending it back with twice the force.

This technique causes the users movements to appear faster of slower than they actually are. This technique applies to the user's body as well as their sword.
Whispering Dragon

requirements: must be proficient rank.
When this technique is used along with a successful hit by sword-blade, the sword will appear to pass through the enemy without cutting them. In reality, it is a time-delayed attack.
Black Sun (Auron has not fully mastered this technique)
Sage

Requirements: Must be a member of the royal family of the Kensaki. Must obtain permission from the Shuhan of the Kensaki to begin training for this technique. Must have a unique sword.
The sword is charged with a black electricity-like energy, that can be fired from it, or transferred to another object by touch. Once the user calls for the technique to activate, this black energy will become the essence of pure destruction itself. the resulting explosion will consume everything, eventually even consuming itself.

((btw, can you look at my profile in the Kensaki subforem?)) As long as Monkey wheel cant deflect S rank techs it is good. Black sun needs to have a draw back...Like it takes 2 posts to activate it or something. Everything is accepted
