Personality: Zhang He has a very flirtatious personality. One of his favorite pastimes is to flatter beautiful women. In battle he never loses his cool, and sometimes hums happily while his forces are being slaughtered, but behind this jovial persona is a very calculating mind he just doesn't like to become angry or upset, because such emotions are unfit for a gentlemen.

Zhang He is a man of many talents, both in war and in parties. As a warrior he prefers speed, agility, and finesse over brute strength which he deems to be crude and lame. His razor sharp Steel Claws can cut through flesh with ease. His fighting style is to launch a series of quick well placed attacks and then dodge out of the way before the enemy can respond (if the enemy is still living that is). As a general he uses similar strategies. He will use hit and run tactics till the enemy forces are so disorganized and weakened that they can be finished off with one final attack. He also likes to launch ambushes and lay traps for his enemies.

For social activities Zhang He is a talented dancer, he can play the flute and Huqin (Chinese fiddle like instrument). Many people fall for his charm quite easily, especially women.

HISTORY
Zhang He was born into a wealthy family in Di Yu. When he turned 18 he left his home to join the military. He quickly climbed the ranks because of his impressive skills at strategy and now is a general in the Wu Province, hunting down rebel forces. Zhang He is fiercely loyal to Xuchang because he feels that they are simply trying to bring peace and harmony to an inharmonious world.

Liu is a fierce fighter and relies mostly on his ferocity of constantly attacking to win his battles. He is also very brave and is ready to sacrifice his life to kill Imperial Soldiers any day.

HISTORY
Liu Xun's parents were anti-Xuchang tavern keepers living in Chi Bi. They raised Liu to always be wary of the Xuchang soldiers in the the city, but for a long time he didn't understand why. One night Imperial soldiers burst into their tavern and found that his parent's were harboring rebels. The soldiers took Liu parents, and the rebels and hung all of them in the town square. The neighbor was a butcher shop owner and his wife took pity on young Liu and adopted him since he had no other family. The butcher never much liked the kid, but had him work long and hard in his shop every day. When Liu turned 14 he ran away from home. He met up with some rebels who taught him how to fight and now he is apart of the Wu Rebels serving as a spy on any soldiers who enter town.

Personality: She enjoys tricking others into cursing or killing themselves by offering her help, but she will keep her word... when she gives it. She also is quite untrusting of others, believing they will hurt her if she is not careful.

She is a very powerful alchemist and there is very little about Alchemy she does not know. She also has a seemingly natural talent at reading the stars and predicting the future. She isn't a bad fighter either but mostly she relies on her magic.

HISTORY
When Ni was very young she was abandoned by her parents in the wilderness. The little girl, who was barely old enough to walk, wandered the forest and was found by a pack of wolves. The wolves took pity on her and one mother wolf raised her as her own. Living in the wilderness Ni learned everything there was to learn about nature. When she was a young woman Ni wandered into a small village. The villagers were immediately in awe of her beauty and treated her very kindly, giving her clothes and taught her how to speak. One night when she slept however a group of young men who desired Ni crept into her house and attempted to violate her. She cried out in terror and her cries were heard by her wolf pack which returned and killed all of the men in the building. Then Ni fled back into the wilderness, now terrified of her own kind.

A few more years passed and as she hunted for food she stumbled upon an old man living in a cave. Her instinct from her previous encounters with Humans told her to flee, but the man seemed sickly and she pitied him. So she found various herbs and healed him back to health. The man was very thankful and impressed with her knowledge of herbs and he told her that he was an Alchemist and he offered to teach her more about Alchemy than just healing with herbs. At first she was hesitant but when she learned she could defend herself with great power she became curious. So the Alchemist took her on as his pupil. He taught her in a very short time all he knew about Alchemy because she was such an attentive student and had an almost photographic memory. However the Alchemist was still very old, and dying but he had a plan to cheat death. As Ni Chang learned the Alchemist worked on a potion that would give him immortality. There was however a legend among Alchemists that to pursue the elixir of life is to pursue a curse, and in this case it was true. A band of bandits had discovered this cave with the Alchemist and Ni Chang one night. The bandits attacked, and the Alchemist knew he did not have enough time to stop them in his old and weakened state. So he offered Ni Chang to them if they would leave him be, they gladly agreed. She was heartbroken at being betrayed so easily, the Alchemist told her that his lifelong goal of immortality was near and he could not risk losing it now as his reasoning for the betrayal. The Bandits took Ni away but before they could their way she broke loose of her bonds and killed them all with her newly learned magic. Then she plotted on how to get back at her former master.

She waited and watched the Alchemist, trying to see how close he was to the elixir of life. Then when he gave a potion to a rat and tried smashing it with a hammer to death and it failed she knew he had succeeded. She walked into the cave and confronted him. She knocked him back then grabbed the potion and drank it all. The Alchemist tried blasting Ni in half with his magic but she was now immortal, with a cruel smile she killed the old man very slowly and then left to make a life for herself as a powerful witch. She also swore that she would never trust another person again.

Ni Chang spends much of her Immortality manipulating mortals for her amusement. She has offered her services as a seer to military leaders to trick kingdoms into going to war, she has tricked great warriors into accepting a curse, and tricked maidens to give up their beauty for ugly faces. She finds all of this very amusing since none of them can stop her since she will live forever, to her people are just meant to be played with.

Other: She is sometimes called "The White Haired Demoness" for her cruelty in playing with people's lives.

Personality: Mashou loves war. He is merciless and unlike most Samurai is completely unhonorable. If he does give his word he will likely keep it, but he may betray you if it serves his lust for battle.

He is a very talented warrior with many types of weapons.

HISTORY
Born in Jia Zi he was raised in a dojo where his parents sent him for a better life, he does not remember his parents at all. There he learned how to fight with many different weapons. Mashou had a great talent for fighting and quickly became the top warrior in the dojo. But it was not enough, he wanted to become the best in the world.

Mashou's arrogance and love of battle worried his instructors who taught an honorable life style of temperance. Eventually Mashou realized he could learn nothing more from his instructors so he took his talents into the world.

First he joined a clan of Ronin, mercenary samurai who shared his love of battle. As he fought in various battles with his Ronin comrades he killed many men, but unlike his fellow Ronins who only killed armed warriors Mashou refused to stop there. He killed anyone who saw him and was not an ally. Even these Ronin who loved battle were disgusted by the merciless bloodshed Mashou wrought. They finally could take no more and forced him to leave their clan. Mashou did not care, he had learned enough from the Ronin as well. He traveled to the mainland where he knew there would be more people to fight and he sought to battle his way all across Yamuna. Sometimes he allies with others, sometimes he slays entire villages on his own. Wherever he goes, death follows.

Other: His nickname is the "Samurai of Cruelty" for his malicious personality.
