Zhang He rode atop his white horse at the head of his battalion of soldiers. The streets cleared for them and when the people saw what they had brought with them there was much rejoicing. In the midst of the group were several large cages, full of captured rebels. Zhang He smiled and waved to the crowd and blew a kiss to some lovely ladies who were waving at him from a balcony. The soldiers made their way through the streets to the prisons to deposit the captured rebels.

Nya waved at the soldeirs as well dropping the package she was delivering for Mia. "Darn it!" She picked it up trying to assemble it the way it had looked before.
Mia sighed at the complaints from one person,"She always drops the stuff why do you send her with deliveries? Why can't you do them?" Mia rolled her eyes,"You don't expect me to let her run the store while I'm gone do you? She would ruin everything!"
Nya walked in,"Thats not nice to say Mia!" She sniffed,"I delivered this one intact I promise! Nya." She paused forgetting about it in a spilt second,"Soldiers caught more rebels. Meow!"
Mia got out form behind the counter and looked outside with a death glare, she recognized some of them. They would busy tonight if she could get them out in time...
Nya looked out over Mia's shoulder,"What is it?" She knocked Mia over right into the horses way. "Sorry meow! I didn't mean to lean on you that hard." She held out her hand to help MIa up oblivious to having stopped the horses and soldiers.
Mia pushed Nya's hand away,"NYA! Just go!" She got up angerly.

"Why you!" one soldier said angrily. He started to move past Zhang He to strike them for their impunity but Zhang He jumped off his horse and held up a hand to stop him.
Zhang He then turned to Mia, "are you alright milady," he said with a charming smile.

Mia looked at Zhang for a moment, at least some have manners. She still hated them though. "I am fine thanks." She dusted herself off and gave Nya a death glare which made Nya's ears go down sadly.
"Sorry Mia. Meow..." Nya said sadly. "I didn't mean to make problems."
Mia waved it off,"It's fine Nya just go mop up the shop please." She turned to Zhang,"Thank you but I should be getting back to work now. Keep up the good job." She said pointed to the cage. Mia gave a nice smile.
Nya went to the customer that had been complaining about her delivery jobs,"Need help meow?" "I'm fine thanks Nya try not to hurt yourself mopping." Nya smiled,"Thank but I won't!" Nya slushed the water around with a finger movement, the water then started to scrub in places it needed to. Making the soap she placed down bubble up, cleaning the floor.

"Thank you, I will." Zhang He mounted his horse again and the procession continued to the prisons.
When they arrived they deposited the prisoners and Zhang turned to address his men, "good job men. Take the weekend off, these rebels won't be going anywhere except to Luo Yang." The men cheered and then left. Zhang He went to the governor's palace to meet with his superior and to take place in the party he knew they would be having.

Mia returned to her work and closed shop. "Nya?"
Nya turned around,"Yes?"
Mia hated this but doing a break out she would need more magic then jsut her own. "We are going to break out those prisoners. I need your help, your water magic is the best I've seen."
Nya smiled,"Why thank you meow! Why are we doing this?"
Mia sighed,"Those are our friends you just don't know it yet."
Nya frowned,"How do I have firends I don't know? Nya?"
Mia sighed,"Forget it Nya I will go by myself you go to bed."
Nya smiled,"I want to have an adventure with you. Nya will go! Meow. You need water magic then alright! Nya bring water with." She grabbed a water skin to carry with her on her side. "Weapons and water check. I know I will haev to stay quiet and I will I promise."
Mia smiled,"Alright lets go then." They set out and Mia got the first guards to follow her light away from the entrance. Sneaking in seemed to be easy and it was fun to see Nya use her water magic to make one guard trip and fall and have another come to help him up and fall himself allowing them to sneak past. Everything was going good until Nya tripped on a sleeping dog waking it up and making him bark like crazy.

Some guards heard the barking and quickly ran to see what was the matter. There were four of them in total.

In the governor's palace Zhang He was enjoying himself quite a bit. He sat at the banquet table with a beautiful girl on each arm and he told stories of his adventures in the field, hunting the rebels and slaying other evils that threatened the empire.

Mia slapped her forhead and summoned a fireball and threw it at the men. As she had her weapon in her other hand.
Nya pulled her weapons nimbly and hissed at the barking dog as she hit it once. Not wanting to hurt the poor thing too bad though. It bit her right on the leg tearing into it. Nya winced and struck the dog on the head killing it as the blade went throguh with a sickening sound. "Nya...." Was all she said as she pushed the dead dog aside with her hand.
Mia looked over at the blood on Nya and frowned,"Nya sit down I've got this."

The fireball hit three of the men dead on sent sent them flying backwards. They screamed and writhed on the ground as they tried to put the fire out, but to no avail and after a couple minutes they were dead. The 4th guard yelled for reinforcements and then unsheathed his sword. "For the Emperor!" he cried as he charged at them.

In the governors palace a guard ran in and knelt beside Zhang He. "My lord, I have just received word that the prison's are under attack."
He sighed, "very well. Rally the guard and have them go and secure the prisons, these rebels cannot escape." He turned to the table as the guard ran off again, "I am afraid duty calls and I regretfully must be on my way, but I will return later if all goes well." He kissed the two women beside him playfully on cheeks and then got up to go and meet this menace.

Mia sliced at the guard quickly blocking the sword then hit him in the chest with her hand which was so hot it cuaght him on fire as well. "NYA! Get those keys and let the prisoners go tell them to stay behind me we will work our way out."
Nya nodded and hobbled over to the doors unlocking one as some helped Nya out. Mia had been right some were thier friends. Ones that came into the store quite a bit too. A man offered her a piggy back and she took it since her leg was bleeding quite badly. "Alright meow. Onward!" She pointed a finger forward. Still holding onto the guy carrying her with her other arm.
Mia knew there would be more jsut like the other did too. "Nya keep your magic ready let two people have a short sword each." Nya did as she was told giving them three fighters and a magic user or two magic users including herself.

Soldiers were running all over now, trying to find them. As they hurried to the next cell a figure dropped down off of the roof tops in front of them. He assumed a fighter's stance and he looked quite intimidating with his long steel claws silhouetted against the dark light. "I am Zhang He, General of the Guan Du Province of the Xuchang Empire. Surrender now and you will live."

Mia stopped short and held out her chakram in one hand and a flame in the other. "Step down and you will live. Oh and such a nice way to meet you again....Maybe you shouldn't step down. I would like to avenge some deaths your life might suffice for it."
Nya squeaked out,"No Mia I don't want to die!"
"Shh...Nya...." Mia said without taking her eyes off her target. "You won't die I promise." Her eyes were challenging Zhang He.

He shook his head, "what a pity, that I must fight such a lovely woman. But I will do what I must." Zhang He reached for the brace of knives strapped to his chest and tossed them at them. But he aimed one at Mia and the other two at the two rebels who stood beside her. He used his wing magic to speed up and guide them and then used some more magic and hopped away to the roof of a nearby building to hide and prepare for his next attack.

Mia manage to hit the speeding dagger but it still clipped her. She created a light to shine in the whole entire room. She didn't want any dark places for him to come out of. "Nya remember attack plan A?"
Nya who had been very distracted by pain as the two rebels fell down and knocked the one that was carrying her over. She rubbed her leg and grabbed her water bottle,"Yeah..." She said.
"Well do it Nya come on! There is your target." She pointed at Zhang He.
"You know I get distracted...when...you have that pretty light out..." Nya said as water seemed to travel in small little circles aorund the pretty light.
Mia rolled her eyes and decided Nya wasn't going to do any more anyways She directed her fireball towards the water that was circling slowly and let the water spray out into steam towards Zhang He.
The rebel that had been olding Nya grabbed the short swords from the other dead two rebels. Not having time to mounr them right now.
