Overview: This massive fortress is the only foothold Xuchang has in the Baghrash Kol. Si Shui is built atop an enormous solid granite rock jutting out of the shallow shores just off of this great desert. The water here is too shallow for ships to attack it and so the only way to get to it is to cross over the sand during low tide. But because the area is usually submerged in water anyone who does not know the area could very easily fall prey to one of the many quicksand holes. Even if they were to make it across safely they would still have to march up the winding steps up the mountain side (while under attack from the defenders), then get through the large iron gate, and then defeat the army inside. No one has ever taken this Fortress since it's construction some 150 years ago. Si Shui is also a place where many political prisoners are held.
