Gym Battle Rules
The rules of this forum are that ONLY the 17 Gym threads, the Elite Four Thread and the Elite Four Champion Thread are allowed.
New threads are not to be created in this forum because it would become too difficult for users to sift through them to find the gym they are looking for.
I should only see 19 threads in total in here, plus my own announcements and stickies.
If you create a new thread in here it will be deleted and you will be warned.
*GYM LEADERS*
Once you have officially won the title of gym leader of whatever gym you chose you will be allowed to create your gym thread, title it whatever you wish and specify the challenger rules for that gym.
An example for titles is: [ Cerulean Gym (Water) ]. Always specify the type of gym you are at the end of the title.
You can have anything from a 1 on 1 battle to a 6 on 6 battle, team battles, etc. You can even require that the challenger must first face some of the members as well (try not to get too ridiculous with this if you have a lot of members though.)
The only thing you are not allowed to do is require the type of Pokémon the challenger must use.
Although there are exceptions to this rule such as not allowing legendaries or ubers.
Your threads are not just for trainers to wander into and demand battles for, in order to keep you in your threads and await new battles to arise you may also treat them like chat threads and chat with anyone there whether they are members or just friends from elsewhere.
