Blacklist Forum Rules

The rules for this forum are simple.

If you suspect a trainer of hacking their Pokémon to be bad eggs, post a thread about it and please provide as much evidence of your claim as possible.

We will essentially have something like a court setting here where there is the plaintiff (the accuser) and the defendant (the accused).

The defendant will be brought forward to defend himself/herself from the accusations and make a statement as well as provide evidence to their innocence.

I trust that a panel of judges (a jury), will be able to come to the conclusion as to whether or not the user in question broke the rules.

I and the mods however will have the last say in the matter if in fact the jury cannot come to a conclusion.

YES. I realize it will not be easy deciding whether the defendent has actually broken the rules considering we won't have been present for their battle, however, based on how well we know the user and previous battles we have had with them we may be able to decide whether they have been cheating or not. I trust that we as a community will be able to decide this and I trust no false accusations will be made just because a user lost a battle or because they don't like someone.

---------------------------------------------

These are the things users are NOT allowed to use in battle in regards to hacked Pokémon:

1. Hacked EVs (Effort Values) that go over the 512 maximum stats
2. IVs that have obviously been hacked to all equal 31 or exceed that amount.
3. Pokémon that have been hacked to have moves they normally would not have. (Ex.: A Pikachu with the move Flamethrower, Icebeam, Psychic, or anything else that is not within it's moveset.)

---------------------------------------------

I do not care if you hack Pokémon like this on your own time and use them in battle against your IRL friends, or even if you agree to use them in a battle with someone within this guild.

It makes no difference to me so long as you are not going into battle with an unfair advantage against an unaware user.
