an idea on how to arrange the guild for maximum effectiveness
I have this idea, call me crazy but we could have a managers. One guy manages the home page to trick it out. Some one manages the raids. some one else the posts themselves. All of the managers wouldn't be "official" crew. or they could be. this is just an idea. some one managers this or that sub forum
So any questions that's just a basic outline of what i'm talking about.
Also should we expand the guilds horizons in general. So the guild name Fallen Wishes of Gaia not only relates to the item but also to any one who has had a wish that hasn't come true. or wishes that they plan on fullfilling well i'm not soppossed to be on here and my dad is comeing

okay i think i know what you're saying grant, but please permit me to simplify into my own words
I tink grant is saying we should have a crew-listed team that focuses on certain things
list of two good ones:
Homepage updates:
we'd need one crew-ranker for this, basically they would update the homepage and such on
recruiters are good, these guys would surf gaia, gather usernames and sending those names Invites, thus hopefully increasing activity
also i thing i think would help:
a guild topic in the mainsite, if we have one we need to get it up and running...but if we could get people to see our guild form this perspective, than perhaps combined with recruiters, we can get active again
also i think that widening to a all-EIs guild would help, but i udnerstand if thisis not a feesable idea

sad but all true, all very true
i realy wish we could keep this place form falling, but my only idea is to expand it to all EIs
huh maybe when flame gets back they'll do soemthing....
