The Magnificent Seven: I've studied the topic of seven deadly sins for a long time and I find the subject fascinating.

Glad it said "list" because I have truly have a list! lol
I'll go by season and list my top ten!
~Season 1~
1. Pilot -- cuz it started it all
2. Home -- mainly because of Missouri
~Season 2~
3. Born Under a Bad Sign -- well I kinda have a thing about Evil!Sammy twisted
4.Tall Tales -- 1st trickster eppy; he had Sam and Dean rolling around fighting like a bunch of 8 year olds xd
~ Season 3~
5. Mystery Spot-- because despite it's solemn theme it was ridiculously funny
6. Bad Day at Black Rock -- Sam and Dean with/without the rabbit's foot were hilarious; and this episode is the first introduction of Bella
7. Red Sky At Morning -- mainly during the parts after they dressed up to go to the Maritime Museum
~Season 4~
8. Lazarus Rising -- because we got that grand Castiel intro
9. Yellow Fever -- Cat scream and "eye of the tiger " ~ like what more can I say?
10. Wishful Thinking -- ya gotta love that suicidal teddy bear and our lovable "Teddy Bear Doctors"

At the minute, it's gotta be Lazarus Rising (Return of Dean and we first meet Castiel, obby <3), Yellow Fever (Obvious reasons I think. Dean vs Cat & Eye of The Tiger.. it all speaks for itself) and Wishful Thinking. (Teddy bear doctors, lollypop disease, KNEEL BEFORE TODD!! What more can I say?) <3

There are sooooo many!
But my two all-time favs are Mystery Spot (I almost died laughing!) and Yellow Fever.
Yes, I am more a fan of the really hilarious but at the same time tragic episodes xD
Dream a Little Dream of Me was awesome, too, though... And so was the latest episode, Sex and Violence.
But it would be easier to list the episodes I don't like that much... xP Those are way less.

I agree, so many! I like WIAWNSB a lot, but here's my official list lol:
Season 1:
~ Faith (sick Dean FTW XD )
~ Provenance (SUCH a cute ep with Sam... when he was still adorable gonk )
~ Phantom Traveler (only for the whole Dean-freaking-out-on-the-plane thing lol)
Season 2:(MY FAV SEASON TO DATE BTW)
~ In My Time of Dying (more sick Dean, i like twisted )
~ Night Shifter (an epic episode, Renegade anyone?)
~ Born under a Bad sign (Evil!Sam, yummy twisted )
~ Tall Tales (BOY FIGHT!)
~ Both All hell breaks loose's ep (The best season final to date IMO )
Season 3:
~ The kids are alright (That kid was Dean's DANGIT! >< I'm calling Maury! XD )
~ Bad Day at Black Rock (Poor Sammy, lol)
~ A Very SPN Christmas (such a sweet ep)
~ Mystery Spot (once again, poor Sammy, lol.)
~ Time is on my Side (I dunno why, but i like this ep a lot. It's the way the mytharch should be moved every ep IMO )
Season 4
~ Lazarus Rising (EPIC)
~ Monster Movie (It was a hit for me. I loved it. a nice light ep, with no major myth arch involved, just like the good ole' days when it was all 'black and white' wink )
~ Yellow Fever (Do I even need to explain this? XD )
~ Heaven and Hell (only for the much appreciated sex scene, OMG BACK PORN! gonk Oh and the horrible confession at the end which was acted out amazingly )
~ After School Special (Dean in a red tracksuit. Flashbacks. A good ole' hunt. Need I say more)

Oh geez...I love every eppy. But here's a list of my favorite episodes.
-Season 1-
Phantom Traveler: When Dean freaks out...you gotta love the episode. xD
Home: Missouri's threats to Dean crack me up.
Hell House: I love the way the boys play tricks on each other in this one.
-Season 2-
Playthings: I lol'd when Dean insisted that Sam loved dolls.
Nightshifter: My favorite eppy of season 2. I don't know exactly why. xD
Born Under a Bad Sign: Evil Sammy....enough said.
Tall Tales: Sam and Dean's 'fight' was completely immature. rofl
-Season 3-
Bad Day at Black Rock: I felt so sorry for Sammy.
A Very Supernatural Christmas: One of the sweetest SPN episodes. heart
Mystery Spot: Once again...I felt sorry for the younger Winchester brother. But...this episode had some funny moments. 3nodding
-Season 4-
Lazarus Rising: Castiel enters the show. Totally EPIC! xD
Yellow Fever: Dean + Ghost sickness = the funniest SPN ever! Not to mention the nice little bit with Jensen performing 'Eye of the Tiger'.
After School Special: Dean's uniform made this one of my favs. xD
(Sam: Having fun?
Dean: The whistle makes me their God.
Sam: Right...nice shorts!)
