Right, we all know that this is a character play guild. This means that those of us who have chosen to adopt a character have added elements of the character's voice and personality into our posts.
As many have realised, I have adopted Castiel.

It's a long story.
Shortly to follow will be a list of already adopted characters and those who adopted them. This will be updated as each new character is added. Please post your intended adoption below and if that character is free then your name will be added.

Now for the rules. I know everyone hates rules, but trust me these aren't going to be really strict rules. Actually they are more like simple guidelines to follow and to ensure everyone has a fun time with their Supernatural Adoptions! So let's start with the first one:
~ No more than three character adoptions per person. ~
Why? Because we don't want to be character hogs. We should give everyone else a chance to own a character and hauling around 8 adoptions sure isn't gonna do it.
~ No stealing some one else's character! ~
That means if some one has Bobby and you wanted him, you just have to choose someone else. If that person decides they don't mind giving you one of their characters, then it's okay. But they have to offer.
~ No making things confusing and trying get around some one's character ownership by creating multiple versions of the same character.~
So basically if somebody has Sam already don't try to create 3rd season Sam; if someone has Pam don't try to get around this by making a Pre!Blind Pam; no aiming for preeteen Mary or Shapeshifter!Dean....
You get the picture. It just gets confusing.
There are some exceptions to this rule like Evil!Sammy being allowed or Demon!Dean. Future!Versions and Younger!Versions that have been on the show are allowed as well, like for instance Lil!Sammy is acceptable. But if there is any questions about any other certain adoption, just ask!
~Lastly, don't change the characters drastically.~
As Syko had said, "Don't turn Bobby into a vampire/possessed version or chop off his legs unless it happens in the show first."
Why? It really wouldn't make much sense and it just messes up the original Supernatural story line. Just try to stay in basic character. Gotta it?
And that about wraps things up. So with that said and understood, have fun everyone!

Angeladr7 You forgot Punky who has John!. xd lol And Foreversams needs to be invited. She owns Sam now. And there is that new guy on the SPN forum who liked the idea of adoption. He's Kraven of the Night and he got Alistair today. OMG! Ali is on now! This is awesome!

I have a question.... I'm trying to persuade Dean-to-my-Sam (ok, her real gaia name is Wierd_Poncho_Goblin, LMAO, don't ask....) into coming on the guild, because she is a fan of Supernatural and all, just not as insane as I am.... anyway, I told her about the adoption thingy and she asked if she could have teen!Dean. I'm not sure if that's ok because that's kinda not a seperate character but I told her I'd ask. If she gets him, she might join *shrug*

Yea I know we were talking about that whole multiple version character thing before (actually right now I was working on a few guidelines that I'll post in the "behind the bar" section to check and see everyone likes them or wants to add anything.
But I don't think it's a problem... Lil!Sammy and teen!dean should be allowed.
