i am going to start having monthly meetings with the captain, VC's, and crew in towns so we can discus ways to make the guild even bettuh.

Ok, first thing I'd like to address.. we should come up with a time together, that might not work for everyone with school and jobs and all. Secondly 5:30 PM at who's time? EST? Pacific? what is the GTM? mine is -500 lol

Good idea, do't get me wrong.. but not only is gaia towns extremely laggy and glitchy as of late, but you also have to come up with these things with us for time. And couldn't you just have made this thread in the Counsel Meeting area without the announcement and posted THIS as the announcement?

Not for nothing but I see a lot of "announcement to crew only" in the main forum that coulda just been done without, by posting the initial concern in the Counsel thread directly. If someone on crew doesn't check the Counsel area enough to see it then maybe they shouldn't be on counsel as it is part of their job as crew to keep up to date there.

Some crew don't check the crew area thats why we post there and nobody posts there regularly so we need an announcement that something has happened.

ok one people plz post the time that would be most conveniat and 2 thats why i posted the important announcement thread on the main forum so everyone can see it especially the active posters which are mostly the crew and vc's so its eas to see in big bold letters

ok well i think from my calculations it is 5:30 gaia time 20 times a day. so let's just say oh around right now in wisconsin it is 11:23

I am good at any time but on wed or friday nights after 6:30 PM EST because that is when i sing.

I noticed crew don't check it enough - i said that. I go through every thread repeatedly throughout the day, I don't see why it is so hard to check the counsel thread as, to me at least, if you are crew then after checking the main forum that is the very first place to check. If not, then it is like you aren't fully doing your job.

Think about it, people... some people get worried when they know there is a meeting going on whether it be in a guild or a workplace or school or anything. I think the members could use less worry by not knowing, regardless if it is something good or not we are holding a meeting over as I know most of the time it is to come up with fun contests.

Plus, what is the point of HAVING the area if no one is going to Friggin' use it?
