Ok for one. What does proficiency do?

Two, when you reach level 99, will you not be able to level up proficiency anymore?

Profiency... Not quite sure!

Once you hit level 99, your profiency level ONLY stops when its at level 50 (The profiency level not character one)

Ok soproficiency has no point at all, except as a way to unlock dream modes as ive read. O.o

Also has anyone noticed that all the characters have the exact same speed? Kunoichi goes as fast as Xu Chu
