A few weeks back I was browsing through some sites that sell those old 80's animated series. Some were legit, some were fishy, but one actually stood out and a friend of mine did business with them before, so I checked them out.

They are; I Miss My TV Shows

They have a great selection and some damn good prices, and by what the guy says, he's actually doing this legally by leasing these shows.

Okay, so on February 18, I ordered "Spiderman and His Amazing Friends" and "Thundarr the Barbarian." On one order I accidentally entered my old apt, and the other my new. I emailed them and informed them of the mistake and asked they correct it.

Last week my neighbor in #53 knocked on my door and handed me a package, it was the Spiderman set. No Thundarr. Okay so they weren't able to correct the order. They may have sent it out before I e-mailed them.

No prob, right?

On the package, I noticed that the address label had a torn corner from another label attached, that read #59, my current apt number. I still have yet to receive the Thundarr set, and I am thinking that the mailman might have sent it back because of no apt # but so far noone in the post office has said they have it.

I emailed the business and told them about the problem, and what might have happened, and still I haven't heard from them. Now, the man is sick. Very sick, and I am not going to push this hard because of that.

I'm just not sure what to do now, as I did spend $30 for the Thundarr set (and in the past week the price went up $5). The policy page said he has run into this problem before with folks claiming they didn't receive something, only for it to be a buyer's mistake. I can see that happening, but this is not the case.

Its a simple error, and I'm still waiting to hear from them or get the package. I'm just not sure what to do next because, as I said, the man is sick and I'd feel like a damned heel if I kept pressuring.

What do you think I should do?

It's also not your fault the man is sick; you're a paying customer. If he decided to come into work not well, then he has to deal with that. Don't feel bad for trying to get an item, that you paid for, delivered properly to you. You may also want to head down to your local Post Office to see if there's a package waiting for you.

And yeah, get tracking numbers next time.
