Sitting along the water's edge. Beta sector is filled with crowded small shops and flotillas of handmade boats vying to show off their wares to the nearest passerby.

Cadman carefully walks into beta sector determined to find his destination. he goes over to the closet "adult" and asks "where can i find Marisita's Inn?"

The fez wearing individual points him in the direction of the water front commenting on how he best have money ready if he is to get anything worthwhile from such a place.

Cadman heads toward the water front and looks for the inn. when he gets there he enters the inn carefully not knowing what to expect.

Sitting before Cadman is a derelict building sitting upon the edge of a massive peer. Individuals dressed in various fashions move in and out chatting nonchalantly.

Cadman walks in and looks around trying to see if anyone takes special notice of him.

Within the inn are a few figures huddled at low tables. One motions with a weathered, head. Upon his head sits a Dark colored fez. Beside him are two men revolvers in their hands.

Cadman cautiously walks over to the table and sits down. "are you the one who wanted to see me?"

Nodding the young man in the fez slides a small slip of paper to Cadman.
"Upon this is a list of names." he begins with a thick accent." You will find these people and you will bring them back here once you have gathered them. Upon doing so I will give you the rights to a full apartment in Alpha and a gun. You will be granted a full position within the wandering guard. Do you understand?"

The Fez wearing individual gave a nod of his causing the tassle to fall in front of his face.
"This is good to hear. You must want something though? I have the ability to do many things you know. A council member is nothing to laugh at. You yourself were mistreated in my eyes and I would at least wish to compensate for what my former superior did. Perhaps a parcel of land within Delta, or a substantial claim of money?" As the figure leaned forward it was became apparent that his skin is pale and dark hand ground lens cover his eyes.

Cadman thought long and hard for a moment. "when i do this i think i would like some land, just outside of delta, with a house secure enough to withstand the rains. that is what you can do for me."

The fez wearing figure nodded.
"It can be arranged. I will need to tug upon some threads, but yes it can be done easily." He said quietly. "is there anything else?"
