It is with great sorrow that we create this Dark Thread. The thread I have dreaded since conceiving the idea for the Guild.

Within this thread we will post the shame of the members that have violated the thread in ways unheard of, to the point where all that will remain of them will be the ugly smudge that will be left within these pages.

It is our hope that we will not have to use this thread.
But like all good things, there is a darker side within the shadows.

Withing these pages will be the Hall of Shame, where the names of those members who have a complete disregard for rules will be included for all to make fun of and possibly spit at.
It is also within these pages that we will extend the opportunity for our members to report any wrongdoings within our Guild. As Captain and moderator I admit that we might not be everywhere when we are needed, or not online when things happen, and thus the thread will allow you leave us a messege so that we can act accordingly.

It is my hope to never have to use this thread.

How to use the Dark Thread:

It is not our hope to make anybody snitch, but to preserve the peace of the Guild certain measurements should be implemented.

arrow Use this thread to Report any serious violations of the Gaia ToS or Guild Rules.
arrow To Report serious disrespectful actions from any member.
arrow To Report the posting of disrespectful material or immages in threads other than the Hall of Artists.
arrow To Report any serious defamations made by any members, or harrasment.
arrow To report any Crew members that might have done any of the above.


exclaim Report a member only if you have concrete evidence of the damage caused by him or her. If the user deleted the posts to clear this evidence, we have ways to find it.
exclaim Just cause a member is reported, it doesn't mean they will be banned from the Guild. We understand some violations might be minor and deserve no such action.
exclaim All alegations posted here will be reviewed thoroughly before any action is taken.
exclaim False acusations will not be taken lightly.
exclaim Crew warnings and disciplinary actions are not to be taken as a joke. If a crew member declares that you should be careful with what you do, heed their advice.
exclaim If you see a Crew member has already engaged a suspect in question, do not report it for it will be dealt with immidietly.
exclaim If harrasment or disrespect are happening in a thread you are, warn the member to stop. If the actions persist after your plead, you may proceed to report them.

We might update the list as our Guild grows. As always, keep an Eye on the Readerboard for future updates.
