Welcome to Kurogane and Lucinda VS the mall monster, feel free to read, but please refrain from posting! If you want to join send either Han or I a message! Lucinda posts in #4d248a and Marcle posts in #768d9a. Posting in black means it's third person!

Lucinda stood at the table counter cleaning dishes. Marcle pulled up a stood and began to do some scrubbing.
"My hands look like your Grandma's face." Marcle gave a strange glare at Lucinda. "I don't know why there has to be so much wrinkly-ness, what did I ever do to the water!"
"Everyone's hands get pruney in water!" I replied to him and looked out the window. It was a beautiful wanna-be spring day. The sun was shining brightly and the air looked crisp and hard. "We are done, anyways, I'll put them away."
"Can I watch T.V.?" Marcle had a fascination with T.V., it was curious. He had the tenancy to float around the room when he watched, often into the convenient cactus kept in the living room.
"Go ahead." I don't know why you don't just fly the dishes into the cabinet for me, though. Lazy bum. Lucinda began to put dry dishes away while Marcle mozied into the nearby room and clicked the television on.
Lucinda was stacking dishes when she heard a scream. So feminine, so lady like! Who could have made the scream? The scream was as if a little girl just found out she was princess of the world. Lucinda ran to the living room, from where she thought the scream came from. Marcle sat there flying circles around the T.V..
"LOOK!" He yelled. Lucinda looked at the screen and began to watch.

Lucinda walked into the living room and began to watch the T.V.. The news was on and a helicopter shot was taping a large human shaped black monster.
"It just ate a girl!" Marcle said. The monster had tiny, skinny legs, that held up a rather massive body. It had no vivid features but it's limbs were almost translucent. The majority of the body was pitch black. It's face consisted of two beady black eyes, and it's mouth was shapeless and wavered out of visibility.
"WHAT IS THAT THING?!" I yelled.
"Well, they don't know! But isn't it cool?" Marcle said. He floated towards Lucinda. "If you ask me, it looks a little like the Boogie Man!"
"What? The boogie man doesn't exist." Marcle must have watched some type of horror show briefly before turning to the news.
"Uhhhm, yes. I read about him in the news, the Di'nahn news." Marcle looked serious, weirdly serious. "Can we go see him? I think we have some food that we could feed him!"
The monster began to turn around in the mall and saw someone. The helicopter feeding the T.V. footage was hovering to a better spot, for a more clear angle. The monster picked up the bystander and lodged it into its mouth. It swallowed it whole.

Lucinda and Marcle donned their jackets as they walked out of the house. They decided it was some type of Di'nahn monster and began to feel slightly responsible for it's being. Lucinda grabbed her bike and sat on it. She began to pedal, Marcle sat invisible in the basket attached to the seat.

They arrived at the mall and began to walk around, it was surprisingly quiet. Doubtful that the monster left, Lucinda and Marcle began to walk around and see what damage it did. Suddenly a black big of ooze began to envelope Lucinda.

"WHAT THE @!#$?!" Lucinda screamed. To others those symbols might have sounded like something that needed to be censored. She pulled out her cauldron and heavily smacked the beast on it's head before it had the chance to engulf her.

Marcle began to tie weaves of air around the big blob, but it oozed through and remolded itself. The blob was slowed just enough to allow Lucinda for a quick escape.

"I'd be delighted to help." Lucinda said. "Me and Marcle believe that it is some kinda of Di'nahn 'Boogie Monster', like the kids story."

Lucinda stared around the corner and eyed the confused monster. It was unaware of where Lucinda and Marcle escaped to and left the perfect chance for a sneak attack.

"I have a plan." Lucinda said. "We can run up to the next floor and attack it from above. I could probably sever the blob, slowing it's speed down."

Lucinda pulled out her cauldron and sent a vibrant curse at it.

"Lucinda what are you doing! That won't help us if you curse your own stuff!" I said to her.

"I think this curse might work a little different. Maybe just work for us." She smirked and mounted herself ontop of the left of the railing overlooking the next floor where the black blob wraggled around. "Ready?"

"I sppose..." I replied. And we jumped. The monster was taken by surprise. Lucinda quickly capped the monster with the cursed cauldron. I wove bindings of air on the tentacles that attempted to cut Lucinda. Lucinda began to push down on the monster. She started to stuff the black blob into the little cauldron. "What are you doing! It's not going to fit in that tiny thing!"

"O Yes it will!" I continued to bind the monster with air, trusting in Lucinda. Surely, at the command of her curse, I guessed, the monster was disappearing into the cauldron. "It's almost gone!"

A tentacle from the monster escaped my bind and shot at Lucinda. It hit and she screamed. Lucinda went flying through the air and fell on a hard table. "YOU SCRATCHED MY FACE, YOU b***h!" She screamed at the monster.

I had never seen Lucinda bind up with so much rage. I didn't even know she cared so much for her face with such vigor. I decided it would be a good idea to take note of her protection of her seemingly beautiful face and then watched as she charged at the monster.

"Go cauldron!" She yelled. The cauldron, still attached to the monster, flew into Lucinda's hand. She placed the cauldron onto the floor. "UNLUCKY MOVE... AND MAKE IT HURT!" The monster began to flail, it began to teeter! And finally, it tripped. It's last move sure was an unlucky one. It slipped right into the cursed cauldron. The tiny thing must have been cursed to take whatever went into it somewhere bad. Maybe the pits of Tartarus?

"Wow. You did it." I told Lucinda. Both of us looked at the pot.

"Did you happen to see where those other two went?" She replied.

"No but... I'm sure it was more important that this." I answered her. Lucinda picked up her cauldron and we walked out of the mall. We took the back entrance to avoid being seen and quickly pedaled back home.
