The building is a small green building with a porch out in front. There is a rocking chair on the porch.
On the front of the building there is a poster for Lilah's Milk Delivery. For the completely reasonable price of 100g a month, Lilah will deliver a canister of Milk to your door every Monday morning. The poster claims that 'all the cool people are doing it.'
Inside the building there is a counter, with a cash register with a ledger next to it. On another counter is a variety of ranching supplies, including bells, ropes, Sheep sheerer, milking machines, and medicine. There is also another table with a catalog on it and two chairs around it.
There is a crudely drawn poster that proclaims that you can rent Boris the Bull by the day. With 'Boris loves the lady bovines' underneath. The bull seems to be doing his best to give two thumbs up and wink in the picture.
