I never saw that show/movie Fantasy Island, but i got the general idea. I saw a comedian who joked about saying every one's fantasy was lame, such as a man who just wanted to lie in a bed of flowers. To me that a really simple fantasy. granted I wouldn't pay 50,000 for it. But it got me think what my simple fantasy?
I think what I would like is to spend 8 hour a sleep in a huge tub of warm water. Like I would have a mask that would allow me to breath while I sleep. And the tub woule be like 7' x 5'x 5' and just sleep there. Even though I likely be a prune by the time I got out.
The reason why, is because the tub I take my bath in, is kind of small. It's 3.5'x 2'x 1' and I'm 5'9" so no matter what I do, I can never be fully submerge.
That my simple fantasy, what's yours?

My simple fantasy? I want a great big unfurnished downtown loft, the original kind, where it's just one great big room, it doesn't even have a kitchenette or a private bathroom. Just one great big huge room I could drag some pillows into and read with the windows open so the sounds of the city drift. Give me that with a pile of books and a pot of tea or some hot chocolate and I'm supremely happy. I always end up living in what I consider to be rather cramped quarters, and I'm definitely an urban girl, I like the incidental sounds of wind, people walking, occasional traffic. I crave the big empty solitary space where I can take all the things I've been meaning to get around to reading, piles of magazines and books and comics, and finally get through each and every single one without any interruption.
