• Co-owning is the process in which one lion is shared and owned by two people. This lion will have both persons names on its cert
  
• There are a few ways that lead to co-owning a pet:
  
  • A person pays for a lion, but decides to share it with another person
    
  • A person wins a lion in a game and allows another person to share the won lion
    
  • A person receives a lion in a breeding, but shares the lion with another person
    
  • Two people pay for the same lion and share it
  
  
• A co-owned lion has role playing rights with either one or both of the people co-owning
  
• When breeding a co-owned lion, there either needs to be an extra cub involved, or the two people agree on who gets cubs now and who gets them in the future
  
• Co-owning is supposed to be a fun, selfless bond between two people and a lion

Co-owning Agreements
Co-owners: Iratus Mancipium and Silver Metallic Dragon
Lion: Jormungand
How lion was obtained: He came from a breeding between my lioness Discord and Twitchs boy Stryker.
Sig Rights: Both are allowed to have him in their sig.
Role Playing Rights: Silver has all rights.
Breeding Rights: With the first breeding, in the case of two cubs I will recieve one, while the owner of the mother will receive the other. If their is a third cub, Silver will get the third.
Additional Agreements: In the case that Silver will be gone for a long amount of time, I will take on the rp rights to be sure that plots do not be put on hold or fall behind.
If for any reason silver and myself can no longer co-own in peace she will have full ownership and rights to Jor.

Co-owning Agreements
Co-owners: 44Scorpion44 & [x~Ripple~x]
Lion: Ivy
How lion was obtained: FLB game, both entered and obviously won but Ripple decided to give away her prize and share Ivy. 3rd ani event I believe.
Sig Rights: Both have full sig rights.
Role Playing Rights: Both have full RP rights.
Breeding Rights: Determined at the time, but if Scorpion shows interest in any offspring he gets first dibs.
Additional Agreements: We're RL friends and Scorpion only comes onto Gaia when I poke him, and as such I'm reserving most rights to her until he becomes active / interested in RPing her. So unless he tells me otherwise I'll be RPing her/breeding her if I see fit.

Co-owning Agreements
Co-owners: AmaDawn and Youkosperv

How lion was obtained: [was it paid for by both, or did it originally belong to one person? Please state] Gifted to AmaDawn and YoukosPerv by Ripple
Sig Rights: [is this person allowed to put the lion in their sig?] Both AmaDawn and Youkosperv have sig rights, and may post this lion in this sig if they chose.
Role Playing Rights: [how will role playing work out?] Both AmaDawn and Youkosperv have role playing right to this lion. Whom ever if online at the time may role play him. In the case that both AmaDawn and Youkosperv are online, Youkosperv will be rping this lion, unless AmaDawn has a plot in mind, and in such a case the plot will be discussed through messenger before role playing takes place.
Breeding Rights: [in the case the lion breeds, how will cubs be determined?] In the case of a breeding, the one who get’s first choice will be determined by randomized number. Should the breeding be with any other lion not owned by either Youkosperv or AmaDawn, rights to first pick of the litter will also be determined by randomized number. AmaDawn will hold even numbers, Youkosperv will hold odd numbers.
